Customer service was prompt thank you

Bought these about 6 months ago Overall I am not a fan of ear buds as they need constant cleaning and never quite fit in my ear correctly even with different sizers provided I also find it extremely annoying the way they block out sound by feeling like my head is clogged and any internal sounds in my head like chewing can be heard 10x fold through wear buds All that being said these are the best headphones I have owned and all previous complaints above are for ear buds in general with jell rubber tips I Recently dropped and ran over one of my earbuds and I am buying a replacement so that should speak for itself

Beside the situation that procured The Between Pros EarPods are the far best I have ever used I have used Apple Air Pros Jabra EarPod between the fit of the which is superb none better the price is great and the sound quality superb

My original review was 1 star due to one ear piece not connecting But because of the response I felt compelled to leave another review Almost immediately someone from Status reached out with some tips on how to possibly fix my issue Even though I was unable to resolve it the constant communication and help from Status really speaks volumes I ve read previous reviews slamming them on costumer service I don t want to speak to that other than to say my experience was the complete opposite The final resolution is that they re going to replace my micros which is great But even if they didn t I would STILL choose their products simply because of the level of service My Between Pros are working fine anyway so the Micros are not a life or death gotta have it for me To everyone at Status who reached out thank you Anyone on the fence the sound quality of the Pros are far and away better than what I previously used AirPod Pro Powerbeats And having been a consumer of Apple since the original IMac in all those colors there is no comparison when it comes to customer service

Still waiting on my flagship over ear headphones but they re actively trying to make it right by sending out a new set Customer service was prompt in replying after I voiced the concern

The sound quality is beyond brilliant next level really I have the Between Pro s and I m hearing sounds in some of my favorite songs I haven t heard before My favorite artists voice is more romantic than ever I ve struggled with ear buds remaining secure in my ear and the smaller rubbers have been working brilliantly Once I listened to these I actually threw my Samsung Galaxy in the rubbish bin I had some initial frustrations with communication with the company as the tracking information provided wasn t verifiable and it did take days for Status to respond In fact even now almost a week after delivery tracking number is showing package has not been picked up Order pick up shows New York but actual package came from Utah so that could be why However Status does get back to you eventually and at the end of the day they properly helped with a resolution and I m prepared to buy these for my entire family My expectations are set and these are hands down the most quality ear buds I ve ever owned They were set up against Beats Samsung Lives Air Pod Pro and Harmon Karden ANC6000 AKG s

I love the sound quality from these buds I enjoy all different genres of music and they all sound great with these However about 4 or 5 months of moderate use both of the mesh screens that protect earwax from getting into the buds themselves had fallen off I don t know if just my pair was poorly glued or if this is a issue that other people experienced I can t tell you how disappointed I was considering all the marketing behind this product had claims of being superior to other flagship earbuds I did reach out to status and they promptly sent me out a replacement pair I really do appreciate their customer service and they do seem to stand behind their product The case does leave something to be desired but at least it does provide very good battery life

It s a bit of a trade off The product itself is fantastic My problem lied with the customer service It took a week and actively searching for alternates to the main email address to even get a response from the customer service team Once they actually got back to me everything was handled quite well And once again the product itself is quite spectacular in quality

I bought both of the CB-1 and Between Pro 1st the CB-1 These are the most comfortable over the ear headphones I have owned They also sound amazing I wanted a set with the actual cord so I don t have to worry about charging The Between Pro Again the sound of these are amazing I ve always bought Bose but the battery life on them always sucks azz and the Between Pro battery life is amazing Give these a try you won t be disappointed Now the one drawback is call quality Every person I have tried talking to on Bluetooth says the exact same thing I sound really muffled Like I have something covering the mic that allows voice to come through but seriously kills the clarity and quality I don t know if the pairs with noise canceling are any better The call quality is the only thing keeping them from being perfect and getting 5 stars from me Unfortunately this is a huge issue that needs to be looked into

The ear buds themselves have been excellent so far I use them 365 days a year without issues until the glue on the right ear bud Customer service on the replacement of the earbuds due to the issues has been top knotch
