Phenomenal Product and Customer Service

So the product itself is phenomenal Literally the best listening experience I ve ever had and I ve tried so many brands raycons beats ipods my Status buds blow them all out of the water But what I m really here for is the customer service- I had an issue with shipping and the team was so responsive and helpful thanks Cai They made things right in a matter of hours I couldn t endorse this company more highly

Hi Status Audio I m now the proud owner of 3ANC earbuds and have the headphones on the way too Amazing stuff I ve now heard pieces of very familiar songs that I d never heard before I didn t expect that Having been a working musician years ago now I know what it s like to be in the physical centre of a live performance rehearsal or even small practice room with an instructor Your products put me back in the middle of the music Wow Grateful

Sound quality is exactly what i had hoped for and more The customizable EQ really lets fine tune the sound you re looking for The ANC does perfectly for me around loud equipment all day and the battery life is incredible I will be a returning customer for future products Customer service is personable and looking to answer any question you have Thanks guys you made me feel appreciated as a customer

The Status Earbuds are phenomenal great battery life sound and comfort I could not be happier Unfortunately I dropped one out of my pocket and it was ran over by a few cars The customer support to seek a new pair was met with a nice discount even though the damage was my fault and incredibly fast and efficient service with a kind employee THIS is what tech companies should strive to be

Status has offered the best bluetooth sound experience I ve had Couple it with some high bitrate audio and you hear things you ve never heard before in music And for spoken word you ll better clearly here what s being spoken especially for lower quality audio recordings Support is responsive and very great as well

I was a longtime fanboy of AirPods except they never really stayed in secure With my latest APpro s developing a buzz after 1yr I decided to try the Status Between 3ANC buds for myself wife They claim no logo just sound that s the truth We are impressed The design fit and SOUND clarity beat the AP s our opinion I got the optional foam tips like them my wife prefers the non-foam standard tips I had some questions about the promo they were offering and about the app they answered my emails within 1day with a personal above satisfactory response I like the story behind the company am now sold on their audio tech people I m not connected to STATUS in any way got nothing for free just wanna give honest kudos to an American biz producing quality products

International Order to Germany No Problem at all very close communication daily updates visible on their website received the ear buds within 9 days Product itself is LEGIT Best sounding piece of audio equipment I ever owned A huge plus for Phone calls Would buy it again Bought it within black friday week so it also felt like a steal

I recently bought the Status Between 3ANC and I have to say they are the best earbuds I ve ever listened to they also have a very long battery life and the earbuds are very comfortable and easy to operate and easy to get out of the charging case I would recommend these to everyone
