Terrible products I own various hilti and festool vacs and ordered from this company numerous times The majority of the time the bags fail and ruin my filters which are a lot of money I ve contacted them numerous times with a reply only once saying theyre not made for dust no help no replacement no refund just a waste of time

No assistance to shipping trouble
My parcel didn t arrive I receive a parcel without the ordered items The seller doesn t care they say it can t happen He is not able to provide the transport tracking and answer a should solve the problem with the carrier on my own And finally no longer answers my emails Service zero

Order bags 22-10-24 - shipped from Czech Republic to UK Bags did not fit vacuum Followed returns procedure which cost 11 50 to send back to them Parcel was returned to us today 16-12-24 as Unclaimed Now I have paid for price of bags and returning them Will never use again Avoid get ripped off do not use them
