Great holsters poor communication

Placed order on an item that is supposed to ship by noon the next day no email saying it shipped just an app to download Downloaded app it asked for way too many permissions and still doesn t show the item as shipped Deleted app If I pay for shipping you should provide a tracking number period I should not have to use some random app to see where my stuff is Phone calls are met with they are too understaffed to provide phone support emails go unanswered These guys make great holsters especially if you live someplace warm but based on the lack of communication after I give them over a hundred bucks this will be my last one from them I hate it too because I really like their holsters but if you tell me it ships the next day that s what I expect If it can t happen I expect communication I m not mad that I m still waiting I m mad because nobody reached out That s weak

Love your product and understand it has a lead time and is in high demand but harassing me for a positive review when I still have possibly 5 weeks wait time to even receive the product is imbecilic Bad optics
