Customer service handled my inquiry well and was very prompt when replying when I had a billing issue I appreciated the consideration and attention to my problem

Great Customer Support Could be improvements to certain aspects of the software

I needed to use the software for a very specific function but unfortunately the software wasn t able to deliver what I needed The customer support regarding my account however was extremely professional and quick If I had different requirements for the software I would have kept using it

I subscribed to the service to assist me with an assignment from College Unfortunately I realized that I wouldn t be able to use it as the format and information needed for my assignment was unique and could only be done by myself The service was excellent however I explained to Stealth support the reasons why I couldn t use it and they refunded the purchase amount in full lost some on the exchange rate of course at no fault of Stealth Overall I am satisfied that I had a hassle-free experience getting my refund Looking through the app it definitely be very useful to the right purchaser

I used it for 1 month and finished studies so I unsubscribed it s good against turnitin No pialgarism unsure if my tutor is checking AI score because result doesn t show any Customer service are nice and canceled my plan past 2nd month without getting billed twice
