I bought this steamer because it was recommended by an influencer who I wish had said it was a gift because it s rubbish I can actually put my hand on the plate it s that cold don t buy it it s dreadful

Greenwashing deluxe

The worst product ever After the first Steamer failed at first use i was asked to reset it nothing A second one was sent out to me which failed again I was then asked to dispose of both products noone offered to recycle the broken steamers frankly noone cared I was told everything is produced in China and Steamery has been dealing with broken parts and the chinese factory is sending out faulty pumps Wow Sad how greenwashing is the new normal A company like Steamery that puts so much effort in making everything look sustainable and shiny on instagram should be ashamed of itself Broken products no environmental responsibility and produced in China sold even they are aware of a reoccuring problem Do not support this company

Under whelmed My husband bought this as he is super fussy about how his shirts look Initially I thought it looked like a quality product tactile and elegant That s all it has going for it It mustered up a lukewarm temperature and no steam Back in the box and now I will begin the return Sad that the hype was a lot of rubbish

Producut didn t satisfy for shirts will stick with my regular steaming iron Customer Service doesn t reply for a week which is bad because you can only request a return via them

Insides like a bag of Worms

I bought one of these as I like to keep my kit in good order so it seemed like a good idea It failed to work out of the box made noises but that was it I m an engineer so I opened it to discover the shocking wiring and cheap assembly The heat sensitive fuse had failed I bought some online and replaced it It now works but I couldn t recommend anyone actually bought one shabby assembly looks like a bag of worms insideI seriously doubt it will last longer than its warranty which I will have no doubt invalidated by repairing it

Useless Product Useless Customer Service

Terrible overpriced product that just does not work 5 hours plus charging for 30 seconds of use FOR 60 Their Customer Service only response was that they received my message Judging by the reviews on here they are probably over worked by returns and complaints Genuinely hard to believe that companies making such poor products and service still exist in 2023

I bought a professional steamer Stratus

I bought a professional steamer Stratus No2 professional from Selfridges at full price Within two months outside of the warranty the steamer broke Selfridges could not help and Steamery said that they do not do any repairs for their products This steamer costed over 300GBP This is truly shocking This company is irresponsible and pollutes the environment by not offering a repair service for its product never mind that it does not help its customer I am very dissapointed and I will never buy any of their products again

Low quality broke quickly

I have had a similar experience to the customers below I bought a Cirrus 2 Steamer from Selfridges and after a few months of use it stopped working Steamery said it was likely a defect but could not help and told me to go to Selfridges who also weren t able to help It is an expensive purchase but is cheaply made and not built to last I am extremely disappointed in this company
