Customer service is great I ordered a 22 inch stethoscope but when it arrived I realized it was too short my mistake They shipped out the 27inch the day I called and will refund me for the 22 inch one as soon as they receive it I was so afraid they wouldn t accept returns but they were very easy to work with I highly recommend ordering from them
