Order was left on my door step in a paper bag No communication with me about delivery time date or to check if I was available to receive order or to give instructions on where it could be left safely However I received a swift response from the company to apologise and was very happy with this customer service

Total reliability backed by bricks and mortar store

So happy to be able to order the product I was looking for via the companies website There were plenty of other online merchants offering it but I completely trusted Stillorgan Decor Centre due to their decades of bricks and mortar presence in Stillorgan The product took a little time to arrive but this was expected as the confirmation email told me I could be waiting three weeks for a light fitting In the end it was less than 2 I collected in store and the team even gave me recommendations for an electrician to fit the light Very good experience
