Bought a tin of paint Now they keep spamming me to leave a review Stop it

What is the point of having a phone line when you ring no one answers I rang and was on hold for 15 minutes so I gave up Rang back again Same thing I tried a 3rd time to no avail Really maddening

Delivered after 3 weeks and then the colour was wrong Was told they would resend the product but have hears nothing back

Dealing with this company was by far the worst experience on my life I m not even sure if I can call them a company or if they are a scam scheme to take money from people I kindly requestes to the material to be delivered at wednesday afternoon with 3 days of antecipation because I don t live at the property and I don t have anyone to receive it The material has a delivery attempted on Wednesday morning and I wasn t there to get it I called to explain the situation and they told that they couldn t do anything regarding this I explained that I won t be there in the property again and that the guy will be there to painting soon so either this or I could get my money back to buy with a company that could garantee the delivery One of the owners Sean was incredly disrespectful with me he never allowed me to speak and I wondering if it is because he heard my foreign accent he told me that I won t get my money back and that what happened was quoting my fault I just want to warn you that this is the treatment that you ll get if you decide to buy something with them they are nothing more than amateurs They will take your money to not deliver your product and blame you for their lack of professionalism Probably they will answer this with a standard answer telling about their terms and conditions to blame the customer their scam scheme I ll have to open a law process to get my money back because they are denying it

Service was excellent Discounts applied were great Collection was fast and friendly Then through some mix up my card was charged twice for the same order Now 5 days later I am still waiting for the refund to appear with no contact from the store I am sure it will be OK as they are a reputable company but the silence always raises concerns
