Customer Service MIA
Same as many have already stated I ordered a down vest Dec 2nd and it took a long time to arrive perhaps understandable in a Covid year but it did Website was also problematic as a previous reviewer mentioned and I had to sort out with a customer service rep to get the order through A little blip that alone would not be a big deal Unfortunately the vest was too small although of very nice quality When I went to order up a size they were out of stock After a few attempts I did get a customer service rep on the phone and was told they d probably have more in January of the size and color I wanted and I had until the end of January to return the vest if I changed my mind Well no more vests came in and in fact the color I wanted and waited for is completely off the site If I want to exchange for a different color size according to their website I have to purchase a new vest pay 199 and send the first one back and wait for a refund which from reading the reviews here seems to take forever if at all Additionally I ordered the first vest with a sizable discount 40 and should be able to get an exchange for the same price I have emailed and called asking how to resolve this It s been 10 days with no response I ve also called three times No response What gives with this company Maybe there s been too many great snow days and they forgot they re running a company So disappointing and frustrating

Terrible quality lies on stio com
This needs to be published as stio com took it down the same day I posted a 1 star review If you are evaluating their products consider the fact that they delete the vast majority of non-5 star reviews I bought an Ashton Chambray shirt from them about a year ago I love the fit of the shirt I take good care of my clothes and it s common for me to own a shirt for 10 years On my Stio shirt a flaw showed up in the right sleeve that I noticed the other day I only wear it in an office environment - no hard use So I submitted a warranty claim It was denied immediately The lesson here Stio charges an exorbitant amount for shirts they do not stand behind I m not wasting my time writing this for fun Buyer beware There is a long list of other great brands who don t hide behind bad internet customer service and actually stand behind their clothes I will be buying from them

Absolute horrible customer service
Absolute horrible customer service garbage products stay away Have a new jacket that I wore a handful of time on the mountain Stitching seams started to come apart on inside of pockets and wrist strap Couldn t even put my phone or wallet in my jacket Called multiple times and couldn t get ahold of anyone Finally got a email reply after explaining situation Lauren and Tiffany from Stio suggested I cut my own seams purposely Are you kidding me I have the emails to prove Who would take scissors and cut up a new jacket lol Mind boggling Wouldn t fix under the warranty they offered a discount on future purchase which I denied why would I spend another dollar on anything from Stio a company that doesn t stand behind their product Also got a rip in the arm 1st day of skiing when I brushed some branches Just stay away over priced garbage with horrendous customer service like everyone else who left reviews Rene B

Horrible service I have yet to receive half of my order and despite multiple attempts to contact the company - all of which go to voicemail and elicit nonresponsive texts - I have had no answers Way too low level of service Do not recommend

Bought a Stio jacket 1year ago wore it
Bought a Stio jacket 1year ago wore it twice and then went on a ski trip and the zipper split and will not stay closed Contacted Stio and because I do not have the receipt or POP over a year later I am out of luck Was purchased at a shop in PC Disappointing Stio will not repair or anything Love the jacket though Will consider another brand on my next purchase

No hoodie no refund no answers
I ordered and paid for an item on December 13th and have not received the hoodie or an update I have email three times and still no response My grandson sent me this company for his Christmas gift I had it mailed to me since he would be here Now he is back at school I had to come up with a last minute gift

Profits over customers and Full on Environmental hypocrisy
This is company is all about environmental window dressing that in reality is just BS They are total reducing carbon footprint hypocrites with horrible customer service and inconsistent sizing issues My Goretex coat coat went 50 further on sale the day after purchase I requested help and received non responses until finally I was told they d honor the sale price ONLY if I returned the whole order to them and then RE-Ordered all items assuming still available in my sizes When I pointed out the ridiculous waste of fossil fuels and how much better for everyone a store credit would be I again got NO REPLY What a way to win over new customers and protect the environment sarcasm NOTAVOID THEM Much better companies with better products that value customer loyalty out there

Horrible Service
Horrible Service Worst I ve ever experienced They say if you email you ll get a same day response Maybe several days later Then no reply after you answer their questions Phone says they are experiencing extremely high call volumes everytime you call They never answer The sign in on the website doesn t work I ordered well before Christmas They would t answer long enough to just give me a tracking number Finally my order arrived three days after Christmas when I paid for expend shipping in the first place Now I need to exchange a size and guess what I can t reach anyone No integrity at all If I ever get help I nay consider altering or removing this review

Purchased a Stio Down Jacket that
Purchased a Stio Down Jacket that seemed great from Sierra Within a few days of wearing it in cold winter temps the zipper failed and started splitting from bottom up The jacket is large enough for my body that a zipper failure does not make sense Customer service gave me the run around and said that since I bought at Sierra their warranty is invalid I sent tags receipts etc and then they gave me a code for repair and the name of their repair shops When I reached out to them they said I pay them for repair and for shipping to and from and then maybe Stio will reimburse Poor customer service and poor quality zipper on a very expensive jacket makes me say go a different direction than Stio A business that does not stand by their warranty
