Inssist Pro no longer works Have lost all access to my content No support from Inssist Don t bother with this plugin

Same as the others - GARBAGE

Same as the others I hate to give even 1 star I purchased the lifetime option and there are always glitches This time it has not worked for 24 hours I need to post reels for my business Garbage program with zero customer service I had an old email for them and sent 2 urgent messages - no response Who ever heard of a paid program that does not even have an email or other contact option What a joke and not being able to post is costing my business money

It seemed good but it damages our account

Inssist was one of the most disapointing experience for our account We have 23k followers been using other tools and we know what we talk about On the paper Inssist looked really cool nice design great features The fact is that insta seem to particularly dislike when we post from Inssist As a matter of fact from all the tries we did whenever we post through Inssist it lowers our engagement by 2-3 On the side of that we had an other issue We scheduled some posts and finally decided to place it back in the draft as we knew it would be bad to post through the app All post were in the drafts but still one was published at the time we initially set Extremely annoying to not be able to rely on the tool Today we ask for reimbursment to them as we bought their infinite plan only few days ago We will update the review if they reimburse and when they do

I purchased PRO lifetime

I purchased PRO lifetime and it no longer works When I login it tells me to pay for another upgrade and as others have pointed out there is no support or customer service

Ghastly customer service

Ghastly customer service Once you pay they basically drop you as a customer when you email them for service I send email after email begging them as a paying customer to get back to me since their feature stopped working BOTTOM LINE get a different program It s not worth the frustration Tomorrow I contact my credit card for a refund Horribly frustrating experience

it does not work it is totally wastage of funds no customer service no refund no reply from email they dropped as customer service i have purchased it s pro version for life time it has not worked even for a single day please donot go for it

AVOID this rip off

I began using Inssist to post Reels I created in Canva to Instagram I was able to post the first two without issue using the free version When I tried to post the third it required me to subscribe to the Pro paid version I did so then tried to upload a reel that was 1 minute and twenty-seven seconds long but kept getting an error message saying Inssist cannot post videos over an hour in length I spent DAYS and multiple emails which they finally stopped responding to and never resolved the issue I did finally resolve it through CANVA I cannot figure out how to get my money back as I ve never used the Pro version since subscribing AVOID
