Just the worst
Just the worst Their app does not work use AXS own app if you want your tickets I m trying to get hold of phone-support now and has been put on hold for 20 minutes just to have the call end unexpectedly

Poor customer service
Bought tickets to see Madonna back in January the concert is on October 28th Something has commed in the way so we are not able to go We contacted Stockholm Live and asked if somehow we could resale the tickets The answer was that we can only do it 3 days before the concert even though we already have received the tickets digitally This is very bad service people who travel from a far can t count on selling the tickets only 3 days before as people have to book fligts hotels etc Everywhere else in Europe and USA you can resale tickets from day one The use the excuse that real fans have to get acces to the tickets but come on the tickets have been for sale for 9 months i think her fans have had time to buy tickets by now I am never booking tickets to any concert via Stockholm Live again

The worst premium experience a lot of money can buy
This was first posted as a review on Google maps for Tele2 Arena but as Stockholm Live and Live Nation Sweden is where we had our tickets from they will get part of this as well I haven t written a review in a long time but paying for a premium experience and what we got was a truly abysmal experience which I felt the need to share We had booked the premium experience with dinner at their premium restaurant Franks which includes seats on the front row terrace First the good thing once we arrived we entered through the premium entrance and were welcomed and shown to the table where we were going to eat dinner Once seated we basically got the drinks menu thrown to us and the starter menu put on the table but no explanation of it The starters were rather tasteless a small shrimp salad a whipped chevre on top of a sweet potato wedge and a Bao bun with some vegan things probably marinated tofu The main course was limited too which is fine as fewer items usually means a well prepared kitchen and they can deliver Well sadly I opted for the burger and it makes the most run down shack on the street serving burgers seem like a culinary experience It may seem harsh but when you pay a lot for the food one would expect some effort to be put into it The drunken people tasting their few pieces of sirloin steak seemed happier with their choice though so maybe I was the sucker here The only vegan option was also a burger and it was okay from my company s description but neither was that an explosion of flavor Well on to the concert experience that was why we were there We tried to go to our seats when the DJ started playing and well the drunkards with seats next to us decided that they would give us a hard time moving from our seats not really the venue s fault but they did let them order even more basically littering the terrace with glass bottles and drinking glasses just happy that we didn t step on any shattered glass Once the concert started maybe 5 minutes into the intro a couple threw up on my company and covered the terrace with the lovely smell of puke Well we got up and got away from the puke and alerted the staff that we were not able to sit at our seats due to the puke Well they did tell their cleaners but nothing else happened after that so we remained standing the rest of the concert and now we also have the lovely bill of dry cleaning the puked on clothes We spoke with the staff at the reception area which reported our complaint in their system and said that someone might get back to us Maybe perhaps who knows Well in short this was the worst experience we have had a total sh t show and a lousy night Not all can be blamed on the venue but still it didn t really help either The music was great though and Lauryn Hill and her guest artists truly delivered but not because of Tele2 Arena Stockholm Live nor Live Nation Sweden
