Now our house is warm and looking brand new Thank you for your hard work we really appreciate your help for what you have done for us Our house is so very warm now for so long without having to put the heating on for several hours We noticed that one hour or two is enough to keep our house warm all day At the moment the weather is not extremely cold but the mornings are just a bit chilly Still it is marvellous how it remains warm all day after heating the house for a short time Thank you Also our house has never looked so smart as it is now The team of workers were nice and courteous people to deal with We thank Simon whomI believe is the manager for being attentive kind friendly and extremely helpful Thanks again to everyone for everything you have done for us Kind regards Marie Morgan

Complete Makeover

Our bungalow has just received a complete re-render makeover from the Strata Team which we are absolutely delighted with From the very start to the finish we cannot fault the professionalism and help shown by everyone involved from their management team to all of the operatives The project was undertaken during very difficult weather conditions but they still dedicated themselves to completing it whilst maintaining their very high standards The end result is exactly what we were hoping to achieve and we would not hesitate to recommend the Strata Team to anyone looking for an outstanding outcome to their own project

Great finish excellent communication and dependable

Having asked for a quote from Simon early in 2021 for silicone render we contacted him again late Summer after we were let down by a company that had persuaded us that monocouche render was better Simon was able to juggle their work load and managed to fit us in for a whole house silicone render and we cannot be more pleased or recommend Strata enough - the communication from Simon is superb with genuine start dates and constant updates as to the project process stages and dates The whole process was efficient and the finish is wonderful All of the team including subcontractors scaffolders etc were honest and reliable and nothing was too much for Matt and his fine detail to the finishing We found their pricing to be fair and justified and immediately received the guarantee paperwork on completion I would highly recommend

We are very happy with our external insulation The work has been to a very high standard with real care given to getting a good finish and advice after the job is finished regarding what we can attach to the insulation Excellent service and communication throughout
