Avoid at all cost

Due to the reviews I read on here I contacted STS prior to making any deposits and asked to fully verify my account before I made any deposits I believe this to be a perfectly reasonable request which should be favourable for all concerned providing all concerned are playing by the rules of course STS would only let me partly verify my account and just kept claiming that the verification process is an ongoing process Any company that wont allow you to verify your account prior to any activity should be avoided at all costs Stick to more reputable betting firms

Not very clear bonus wording

Avoid at all cost Scammers Keep asking for documents when you ve already uploaded it 5 times Nothing wrong with the documents they just trying to waste time and keep asking same thing Absolute scam A couple years or betting and online gambling STS is by far the worse out there they should be shut down Keeping my deposit and winnings also won t let me cash out Absolute thiefs Look at most other reviews same issue Avoid DO NOT USE

Not very clear bonus wording In fact it s downright misleading and the ethics of Responsible Gambling don t apply New members be warned you ve got to lose all of your initial 50 deposit not just have 50 worth of losses Luckily I m up but encouraging people to lose money for a bonus is not very ethical

There is nothing good to say about your

Was invited to write my original review and guess they are after more stars The best thing about the site is if you are lucky enough to win they do offer a speedy withdrawal service however not much else is any good The customer service and promotions are shocking and nothing to offer players If you are like me and like to be made to feel appreciated when depositing your money then plenty of other sites that offer loyalty or priority schemes

Signed up to try get the bonus

There is nothing good to say about your STS Bet and I don t even understand the existence of the casino I was lucky and successfully wagering the welcome bonus However they informed me that I have broken the rules which is absolutely not true They only paid me back my deposit and withheld my winnings almost 2000 euros I think the purpose of casinos is to provide entertainment and possibly quick wins if you re lucky I don t understand what the purpose of your casino is It seems that casino is only stealing people s money which I think is really wrong Do not under any circumstances play that casino if you want to get your winnings

Worst bookmaker on the market

Signed up to try get the bonus I deposited and then no money was visible in the account even though it left my bank went to the online chat who advised to upload the verification documents which I did waited over 48 hours and still nothing so online chat again said it wasn t uploaded which I saw and had a screen shot that it was and then was told I have to wait another 48 hours for the deposit to go in avoid What a joke of a site Still not in yet

Absolutely disgraceful

Logged in and deposited attempted to place a bet bet slips states must log in to place a bet press log in nothing happens Close bet slip log out log in again try to place bet same thing I can see my balance on the same screen where the bet slip is telling me I need to log in to place a bet attempt to contact live chat button doesn t work Log in on different device same outcome this time I can use live chat advisor is useless asks me if he would like to help me close my account as I m having problems with them I would honestly urge everyone to avoid STS bet simply the worst bookmaker in a sea of plenty no reason to use STS again

Avoid

Absolutely disgraceful Opened an account a week ago and won 1000 - tried to withdraw and they asked me for documents including ID proof of address and copy of bank card - uploaded the documents straight away and they said they need 48 hours to verify So today they said the copy of my bank card has been rejected due to it not being signed so I have to sign it and wait ANOTHER 48 hours for it to be verifiedn This is an absolutely joke I don t know why they can t check it there and then - let s see what excuse they give when it comes to withdrawal

SCAM COMAPNY

Do not use this company You will never get the money if you win instead they will continuously ask you to send more money to verify your payment method And then send you an email saying there s a problem with your bank and ask you to deposit MORE money Never had this issue before with any other betting company so they either have issues or its a scam

Awful company and they restrict what

If you deposit money with them you won t get it back They constantly ask for Documents and find issues with everything you send Their even asking for pictures of the front and back of your bank card There needs to be an investigation into them as from the other reviews it seems its happening to other people
