Good site and customer service but the free bet offer rules were very unclear

Stay well clear I did two promotions fair and square and then several days after the promotions they e-mailed to tell me I am no loner eligible for bonuses which is fair enough but that they also said they are not paying out any bonuses owed even if it was before I was excluded If they can be as dishonest and as untrustworthy as not paying tiny bonuses who knows what else they will do it with EDIT for transparency after going through resolver they did pay the money from the promotions I wasn t excluded from eventually and seeing as though they were pretty good before this episode I will change the score from 1 star to 3
