Overall prices were very similar to the ones in the flight companies sites When I tried to add other coupons they did not go through and only let me add one coupon

Saved around 400 on a flight from London to Sydney with a great airline I was concerned after reading mixed reviews but decided it was worth saving the money Had a bit of a weird experience where I had to wait about 3 days for my booking to be ticketed Meaning my seat was reserved but not confirmed with the airline I called StudentUniverse with this concern and they assured me that it would be ticketed today which it was and that the booking was confirmed There was low wait times when calling the customer service team which was good One thing I will say is do not pay the extra money to reserve a meal seat which I did they did not give me my selected seat or meal requested However I could select both of these and change them at a later date for FREE through the airline Wasted about 20 on this Overall I am pleased with my experience

I would have given a 5star review buuuuuuut Seattle has a weird airport policy where they don t transfer bags I didn t know this when I booked the flight and I saw nothing about this in the itinerary I had a 1 5hr stopover Even if the flight was one time which it wasn t there is basically no possible way to get off a plane and go through an airport go through customs wait for a claim baggage and then go through security and get to the gate That is unreasonable to expect I am very thankful that delta was so kind when it came to my missed flight and I was rebooked on a new flight about 6 hours later That said if you have international flights going through Seattle I would in future give a larger gap than 1 5hrs or at least give a warning to anyone booking There were a few people on my flight who were in the same situation as me I hope this helps Overall experience wasn t horrible or anything it was just a stressful and unexpected mishap that could have been avoided

Nice but annoying first experience
My first experience with them was to prepare for a voluntary trip with the university I liked the ease of use and the clarity of its sections but I was very upset that an error occurred during the payment so the amount was deducted twice from my account I hope that such a fatal mistake will not be repeated

Good price and seemed efficient at booking App however is very questionable Every time I log in it does not remember my booking and needs my email and booking ref number to access my trip This is very irritating as booking ref is never easily to hand

Never actually got to book the flight in the end because Student Universe needed so much more information than any other travel agent that I have used before Even though all the information was sent I never got the flight I booked so disappointing

They are quick and efficient when it
They are quick and efficient when it comes to responding and have amazing deals so I love them for that but I have had so many issues with availability when it comes to booking hotel rooms and flight seats The website needs updating as soon as there is no availability I have over 600 still pending in my bank account for a room that I booked but apparently can t have because it s no longer available Same goes for flight seats I booked 2 seats and paid for them only to find that they re unavailable and I am due for a refund and have to pay almost triple the price for new ones
