Good service

Booked with them for the first time this year for flights from Denmark to America due to the current situation it was not possible to travel on this journey although the flights still went ahead I initially applied for a voucher for the full amount of my ticket but later applied for a full refund after the US extended its border closures for an indefinite period Once I changed to the refund option I was responded to very quickly and succinctly and have been granted the refund Would book again Only not 5 stars due to the initial lack of response when I applied for my voucher but this was at the very beginning on the crisis

After being assisted by agents who were totally unable to even understand my issues I finally got through to Nonie He was amazing He not only understood my problems but was able to resolve them wonderfully Five stars to him

Great customer service

This was originally a 1 star because I had problems with re-booking my flight and thought my money was going to waste but as soon as they heard of the problem they rang me and went above and beyond to help fix the issue If you are booking I would reccomend checking if your flight is non refundable and if you do take airline credit that you can only use it to book the exact same flight as you originally booked Dont hesitate to call them up as they are eager to help

Help in a time of sorrow

My father in law passed away while we were traveling abroad and we were able to get home for a fair price by purchasing our tickets through Student Universe The only hitch was that we had a little difficulty setting up our profile on the app - it was glitching Everything else went smoothly

Student Universe good for everybody

I was worried that paying considerably less for my ticket than others were asking would mean worse service but my tickets were with Air France the seats had no less space and the food was actually good When I had a problem getting a confirmation after checking in my call was answered promptly and I was told what to do next I would recommend Student Universe to any adult

It was easy to book My only negative is there was no option for assisted travel on the website

Would have been 5 star if there wasn t a little hiccup with the payment but all in all I would definitely recommend to others and use again
