10 10 customer experience

student universe has the best customer experience ever after my ticket got messed up and i no longer had a flight they fixed me up with a new one without charge and even upgraded my seat for only 10 dollars they were extremely helpful and apologetic and i appreciated it greatly amazing site

At first I was sceptical about booking through StudentUniverse Having seen their prices via Kayak I was somewhat thinking this was too good to be true However they are in fact a legitimate business and having checked the airline I went with my reservation details are in fact all good and ready to go This website is fantastic for students who are after cheap travel deals

Great Easy cheap speedy

The booking process was really easy and the flights were much cheaper when booking through StudentUniverse Every time I had a query I would email them or ring them and the query would be answered very quickly Because I used my dad s credit card to book I did get asked to provide some documents such as my dad s ID and a picture of the card with the security code covered just so they could be sure I was authorised to use someone else s card I sent the details and everthing was confirmed shortly after Just remember you can select your own seat by yourself for free once your booking is confirmed and you log in to the airline app Otherwise it was a great speedy and easy overall experience booking with this company and I will be booking again

Honorable company

The prices were cheaper than most other places I checked Unfortunately the dates I booked were somehow changed by the system So I called studentuniverse and was told they would reissue my tickets to the dates I had originally booked rather than the dates the system somehow rebooked This was stressful but at least the company owned up and did not make me go through a lengthy claims process

Amazing service Every query I had I had a swift detailed response I was very wary using southern China airlines re the language barrier but you provided all the info I needed thanks I d definitely recommend you and would use you again
