Everything was very professional and the receptionist was really friendly The place was clean bright and a comfortable place to hang out in while waiting The photographer was awesome and our shoot was quick and very professional Highly recommend others use this service thank you

I had a great time at the photo shoot if I m being very honest As soon as I got there I already felt comfortable being there and the staff were all positive and had good communication which is very important when it comes to customer service The photographer was nice and polite with a good humour to him which made me feel more comfortable taking the pictures

I came to the studio yesterday with my son we had a great experience and the staff was lovely my son got accepted and also got an offer with a company I m over the moon with yesterdays outcome I did pay for the portfolio yesterday and with the work they do on the side I do believe the pricing was fair we did wait a couple of hours for the decision but was well worth the wait Thank you guys you was great

i went with my little sister and mum since we were both going for a test shoot unfortunately she had a panic attack and left early but they were fair and understanding Yes i loved every second of it i was under the impression we had hair and makeup there but we didn t have any of that but hat wasn t really an issue customer service was impeccably good

I recently had a photoshoot with them and the experience was fantastic from start to finish The team was incredibly professional friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process They really took the time to capture great shots and made the experience enjoyable

My shoot was a really fun experience everyone was very friendly and calm the camera man made things really easy by giving us good sponsorship by guiding us in our poses the environment is on point Great deals as well it was really good I would highly recommend it for anyone

Good place to start

From the minute you walk through the door you re welcomed with smiles and made to feel at ease The team are very professional and helpful The photographer is not pushy in anyway and gives you the support to try new posses Joe the main man is an honest up front men and will get you on your way to becoming a model

Exceptional and amazing experience

Firstly let me say thank you I mistakenly took the studio for a modelling agency and because I was so busy did not read the emails properly All the same the whole experience there was very relaxing and professional My daughter had her photo shoot and after it we were invited to a room were a gentle man explained the process and reason for the delay They referred my daughter to an agency who offered her a contract There was no pressure for me to pay anything as I explained to them that she has already taken professional photos and he asked if I wanted to buy the photos I would definitely recommend Platinum Studio and want yo thank you again for the referral
