i have been reading modeling scams and I remembered that i have an appointment in Manchester They call themselves M3 studios on 34 Chatley Street Manchaster M3 1HX Can someone please tell me if its a scam

Stay away from ANY so called modelling agency asking for money up front I went to a studio if you can call it that in August and got scammed Trading standards police and fraud are on my case I wont let this go now as I dont want anyone else falling for this evil scum these people They go by alot of names Studio Works Simple Models London Fashion Models the list is endless

SAVE YOUR MONEY DON T DO IT

Paid for a photo shoot as I wanted to start up modelling not knowing that REAL AGENCIES DONT REQUIRE YOU TO PAY So I paid the 50 deposit paid for a 3 000 portfolio - BIGGEST MISTAKE They made me believe that I had full potential - REALISE REAL LIES REAL EYES All I can say is it Landed me with nothing but CRAP copies I had eventually had to throw away and imagine I m still paying back the ridiculous amount of money 2 years later I requested a refund soon after though and they refused so paying the 3 000 off is my only option DONT DO IT DONT EVER PAY OR GIVE A DEPOSIT WASTED CONTINUING TO WASTE MY MONEYYYYY PAYING BACK FUMING

Threating court or to damage my credit rating Beware

Hi so I was contacted by this Thomas street studios claiming to be an model agency and pay 50 deposit which i did do I went for the shoot in 2017 I was fooled into getting the gold package and made two months worth of payments but they kept blanking my calls and emails as i never got any work or this website they where suppose to be making I then cancel the payment as did research and found this to be a complete scam I have however recieved a letter claiming legal court action or if not paid will be on my credit rating I m beside myself as I m not in a postion to pax and I would rather them take me to court so I could fight my corner Anyone else got to this stage and do they actually go through with court etc I m going to get legal advice on this aswell Companies like this shouldn t exist to take advantage of vulnerable people

Please don t do it I took my son to that exact studio on Chatley Street and I got scammed out of 400 I am still fighting to get it refunded but I have been speaking to lawyers I sent an email to the email address on the website and they completely denied being a part of the company The name of the business on the transaction doesn t even match the name of the company Also the woman who is meant to be managing my son went missing after I paid her Please do your research because there are professional studios out there but this isn t one of them

I spoke to someone from models select not to be confused with Select Models When I rang them back I got through to Motion Imaging They gave me the usual chat and then asked for a holding fee of 32 95 which will be refunded when my son attends the meeting Something felt odd so I checked and came across this review site and have deleted their number Thank Goodness I did sadly I think it is a scam Guess the old adage of if it sounds too good to be true then it probably is applys

Visual arts studios contacted me and took 50 deposit and sent them to Thomas street studio where she has her photoshoot Thomas street studio was previously called fusion studio Company was forced to change the name after the had a very bad and scamming reputations They have an article for family saying northern quarter modelling photo studio took advantage of mum with learning difficulties However Thomas street studio still remains with the poor reputation of a money making scheme Previous clients claim they paid 2500 after being pressured It was promised to includes modelling with bigger brands within 7 days by their service However you had to apply to the companies and pay a fee of 2000 which didn t come with no guarantee

Hi everyone I got trapped in the same situation with this so called Studio Modelling Agency After put CRS to recovery a debit of 1943 00 when I had paid more than 500 till the point that genuine agencies advised my daughter it is a illegal practice So I am suggesting a collective legal action against the company if everyone goes against them for the same reason I am sue they will be out of the dirty business they are doing soon

Full on scam don t fall for it never pay money upfront to any of these agencies agency referrals this isn t how it works They will ask for a 50 deposit which you won t get back On top of that at the end of your shoot they are expecting a payment of between 300- 1000 for a portfolio I lost 800 for 36 photos and had about 10 different fake agencies trying to get my to buy a profile on their websites Which costs between 50- 100 The whole process steals your money avoid avoid avoid
