Zoe is very empathetic and knowledgeable She really listened and understood my difficulties She looks at the whole picture and not just the symptoms I was prescribed a homeopathic treatment and felt so much better after one dose Thank you Zoe I highly recommend you

Magic Hands

Wow I think Zoe must have magical healing hands I have been in pain for weeks with my hip back knee reaching my wits end last night in this heat Had my first Bowen session this morning and it was like nothing I bad experienced before I could literally feel the pain discomfort moving slowly throughout the session actually radiating outwards - realising after it was moving out of my body When I stood up I felt such relief and when I walked a sense of balance in my back pelvis - and body as a whole I only wish I had tried this before Feeling amazing already Thank you so much Zoe

Zoe Sunshine Health changed my families life In 2006 my 2 year old son was unable to walk We were worried We sought medical help from paediatricians They could not explain what was wrong I took Jake to see Zoe knowing nothing about Bowen but we were desperate and willing to try anything Jake had 3 sessions with Zoe and 3 days after his third session he got up and walked To us as a family this was nothing short of a miracle It was amazing and I can t thank Zoe enough for changing our lives I was so taken with Bowen and the power it has from such gentle touch in 2009 I trained in Bowen I wanted to give back to the world what Bowen and Zoe had given us I still see Zoe for my Bowen so that I can lead a full and active life I know without it it would be a different story

Give bowen a try

I have been having bowen with zoe for sometime now and love every minute of it and cant wait for the next treatment i started my treatment after having a bad back and spending hours in bed but thanks to bowen this no longer happens and i have now started my husband going after a bad knee and he also loves it zoe is brilliant at her job and has time to listen

Thank you for making me feel so at ease with my very first Bowen treatment I had been suffering for nearly a month and your mini session made me feel like a new person Really looking forward to a full session next week I can t thank you enough

Amazing Highly recommended

Whenever I visit Zoe I come away feeling like have been reset Zoe s holistic approach to treatment means that she gets to the root of the problem and treats that rather than some treatments where it is just the symptom that is addressed Zoe is both professional and personable her kind and open approach during an appointment puts you at ease immediately I noticed a difference after the first session with Zoe I cannot recommend Bowen with Zoe highly enough

Seeing Zoe for Bowen treatments has become an essential part of my holistic wellbeing The time to relax and focus on what my body is trying to tell me is not what I consider a luxury but a really important basic need for my health That is why despite the prices of groceries fuel and bills increasing Bowen and it s countless benefits has become a priority that I budget for I m so grateful for the way I feel after a treatment and how that helps me see a more positive and hopeful future for my health Zo has a wealth of knowledge and such an obvious gift for helping people that items a joy to be treated by her If you move not tried Bowen before I cannot recommend her more highly

Zoe has been amazing Having severely hurt myself in an accident 6 months ago I needed some therapy and I was recommended to try Bowen Zoe has been amazing Speeding up my recovery and like anything it s not just about fixing the injury but the body and mind too She s done that I would recommend Zoe wholeheartedly

Relaxing Effective Treatment

I went to Zoe after a mix of shoulder and hip niggles and she has been brilliant Her sessions are relaxing and very effective Zoe talks to you to understand the whole picture and I am convinced she has magic hands Would definitely recommend Zoe s Bowen sessions
