Clueless about parts

Ordered parts online cause the closest store is 2 and a half hours away Spoke with the store online staff and the parts checker that super cheap auto has to confirm the brake pads were correct Part arrived and not even close to fitting Every brake pad they had listed for my cars was incorrect 3 different types but none that were correct Don t bother relying on the parts checker putting your car in their online garage or asking them if parts fit They don t have a clue

Disgusted in your customer service

Disgusted in your customer service I purchased a radio online at Supercheap Upper Hutt Only to be told they can no longer supply they radio They then offered me a second hand unit at the same price or alternatively another unit which i would have to pay in Why advertise something you cant supply I was then told to go into the store for a refund only to then be told its a online order and they cant refund me This is absolute joke I tried very hard to remain calm but I m now at my wits end no radio or refund no closer to closure

Online ordering a scam

Ordered 2 items online in NZ Nov 25th January 18th still nothing Online delivery date just keeps getting pushed back Seems a complete scam Don t bother calling Customer service they never pick up Now having trouble getting a refund

Expensive Batteries

I bought two Century Batteries from Supacheap Auto Bowen and they were 200 each dearer than at a tyre centre 400 metres down the road When I approached the store they would not price match as I had already paid Supercheap for them Disgrace and I make sure that I inform as many people as possible I MUST apologise to 4WD Supacentre This Expensive Battery review was my mistake and not related to this company My recent purchase of a 200W Solar Blanket was excellent Greatly reduced in price and prompt and efficient delivery

Online shopping website doggy not responsive and rude customer support line

Don t do online shopping with doggy Supercheap auto I recently shop online for click and collect when i went to selected store for pick up couple of items wasn t available at store which there website confirmed before payment those all items shown available now it s been 15 days still waiting for refund also customer support line take ages to answer my call and person i spoken with is very rude I m totally disappointed I m not gonne shop at Supercheap any more for sure

Supercheap needs to employ people who can order the right parts Not just half They have a computer system that tells them And they stuff it up When you go back They say oh what do you want to do Order the right parts dumbass Sorry special order So have to wait another 5 days No car while waiting He ll no went to Repco More expensive but they got it right Email supercheap and they still don t care

In general terms I like super cheap auto But the length of time their SCANZ app is a God dam pain It s as slow as my grandma and she s dead It can never find parts It s basically only good for cleaning and painting and things like that And tools as well But as a parts department with online search BLOODY HOPELESS SORT THAT APP OUT HOW LONG DOES SOMETHING NEED TO BE BAD BEFORE IT GETS SORTED

Far to big for their own shoes App does not work at all Website is completely useless and doesn t have any help options seriously terrible system that they have used Stick to better more professional companies just not this one
