I used superpay me and completed a few dollars worth of surveys When trying to cashout my account was locked and was held for a verification check which took 60 days They asked for almost no information and then after having me wait for 60 days banned my account They will not let me cashout my money even though they cannot be charged back after 60 days so the only conclusion is that they are just greedy scammers Edit I was an admin for a GPT site and know that chargebacks generally come within 7-30 days but rarely might come a bit later Not once in my time did I ever see a chargeback come after the 60d mark I actually read your terms and I was in violation of none of them I would be glad to see what you come up with though

Where to start Slowest website in the history of mankind up to three minutes to load a page I didn t match on 50 yes I counted surveys in a row Constantly asked to log in which means on the rare occasion a survey works if it logs me out I don t get the points Some shocking surveys too that have questions that make no sense pick one below and every major town in the UK as an answer Poor Edit Following up to their reply shows how snotty and snarky they are To answer their final point a question that say pick one and then kicks you out of the survey for picking the wrong one out of hundreds is clearly not a valid question Second edit Just take a look at their reply this is meant to be a professional company How childish do they sound It s all your fault Wahwahwah Not to mention shortly after this review my account mysteriously went into negative income Run by immature clowns

This company is a waste of space I would advise you use another site qmee is better and there more honest and straight forward and they don t rip people off like this site does

MY HONEST REVIEW as INDIAN Superpay me in my experience as an INDIAN user does not deliver on its promise of providing surveys and tasks After taking part in tasks I found myself disqualified without reason so many times they don t allow us reach threshold payment 1 they disqualify simply even after honestly answering questions This website is good for United States users only This inconsistency in providing surveys and disqualifying users without explanation raises serious doubts about the platform s reliability and fairness don t use Bitlabs openion Capital and CP Research they take work and block us directly making it an unsuitable choice for those looking to earn basic money through online surveys and tasks then they say if you get surveys then it s your mistake They disqualified me after writing surveys Honestly

watchout big scam they let you withdraw all small offers but whenever you spend money on a bigger offer they will freeze your account youll get a message where they tell you they wont reply for any further ticket i was a member for more then a year then freezed without any info TAKE CARE SCAM

Am very frustrated because there are surveys on my wall all the time but when I click to take them I get the same feedback unfortunately that survey is no longer available how can this be the case everyday and every hour I had hopes that this website will be better from the ratings but am very disappointed

24 hours after initiating my first payout my account locked down and said cheater status without payment My recourse was to file a ticket that was never answered

I am disappointed When I needed to make a withdrawal the account was blocked and I need to send documents to unlock it It s not okay to ask for documents if it s a bank or government this kind of website doesn t need it Even with the terms the blocking is done with balance this is dishonest ask for the documents in the REGISTER don t do it later NEVER SEND SENSITIVE DOCUMENTS AND DATA TO STRANGERS

Support was very unhelpful and ignored my responses I had a previous account 8 years ago with an email that I cannot access anymore so I created a new account After earning 50 on the site I tried to cash out and had my new account marked Cheater I explained my situation to support and their solution was to permanently disable my account and remove any way to contact them
