I have been a member for over a year and initially my experience was just okay not very good but not too bad either I was able to complete a few surveys during a span of more than a year I can rarely complete a survey before my total earnings for the whole time I joined more than a year ago totals 6 75 USD The last month has been very frustrating I was able to complete a very long survey that took me over an hour to complete I remember wanting to abandon the survey for being too long but still decided to continue until it finished I was expecting to be rewarded with a higher-than-average compensation However I was rewarded only 3 points which is equivalent to 0 03 USD Today is even worse I was able to complete two surveys and each one took me half an hour to complete But each time I finished the last question and anticipated my rewards to appear on the screen instead of seeing the rewards I instead got screened-out messages for both surveys I got the screened-out only after the completion of their surveys and that is not fair I had too much time and effort wasted today

My withdrawal got rejection because of account verification I provide my voter id card identity card of Indian government and PAN Card also but they reject me asking for you have different address in your documents than what you wrote in SuperPayMe app It is because I am temporarily living to a new place for my job but they rejected my withdrawal and my account got freeze

My account blocked very rude behaviour of dovelper

So far not all surveys cannot be accessed and wasted some time trying all the available links and you might end up with no survey Time spent could be better used in other survey websites which offer higher cash rewards There are more survey websites out there We would strongly recommend Toluna opinionworld and lifepoint over this lousy Superpay me

After several surveys completed i requested for withdrawal and they reject my request now my account is under verification and no response from the support just wasted my time for just few bucks No worth for newbies

After i earned 1186 62 usd they just put an offer verification on me My chargeback ratio is flawless Looks so random to me or not My referral got banned today the reason behind was believe no facts no detail just believe and we are here now So you dont referral these sites I can promise you after 60 days i will be banned also reason revenge So sad i deleted the 5 stars update my referral get banned without reason this is clear from your answer trustpilot superpayme you dont provide any facts My 60days offer verification is clearly a revenge nothing else But this is not a problem there are many sites out there i can recommend them and i hope everyone see the pattern here the admins are sharky here You can delete my account now i will not participate these type of fake offer verification process filled with lies believes and rage where the truth and the facts doesnt mean anything Thanks a lot in advance

What kills me is that everybody s wrong except for them they are never wrong they never make mistakes what company do you know that never makes mistakes is never their fault and they re always right for banning somebody no they pay out money of course but you end up having to pay it back so in actuality they don t pay out I guess it was fun while it lasted because I would never repay money back that I know I earned best days are behind this app oh yeah if Trustpilot com is a company that you believe is allowing comments that don t reflect why do you guys even respond I Why it s because you know that everybody that s leaving reviews on this site is telling the absolute truth about how bad and terrible you guys sight has become separate responsibility and accept the fact that your company is heading downhill fast for treating people bad doesn t last Ps This is exactly what I m talking about as a person that s not making up anything you guys are so full of bull and I don t know what reviews or statistics you re getting your information from about how people are liking your site because all the reviews I see on the Play store app and everywhere else are bad reviews so I don t know where y all getting that information from like your company is doing good and everybody loves it that s not true you not telling the truth I get it you guys are and damage control and I m not worried about what you think about my credibility because I don t have to prove anything but my experience that I had on you guys site and far as me supplying my information to you guys that ll never happen it s too many other sites besides you guys that actually can be enjoyed I want to thank trust pilot for give me this platform to speak on cuz this is exactly shows you how these companies try to keep coming back talking trying to change opinion but sooner or later the people are going to speak and you will see what the outcome will be I don t have nothing else to say so you guys you don t have to respond to me anymore more unless you still trying to do damage control thank you very much P s Your Company has the worst flaws of all you guys just don t know when to quit like I said you guys are not the only pony and dog show it s other survey sites out there way better I don t think you guys get it I have no interest in continuing to interact with your site so stop asking that ain t it someone s money you have to be taking right now instead of going back and forth with me cause I can do this all day fool PS I don t make up anything I m spitting facts and I can say what I want to say when I want to say it this is Free speech in America last time I checked unless you re from another country I said what I said and I m a stand on what I said and if you keep talking I m going to keep talking we could do this for a long time fool How much are they paying you I wonder I guess since you ain t going to respond you ain t going to answer that pull your head out them corporate people ass oh yeah one more thing conjecture let me explain something to the site these people believe so much of there bull crap that they try to convince other people their bull crap makes sense and make you believe that you doing something wrong when you re really not Stay away from superpayme app and site waste of time and effort Sp s And only thing that you have done is prove how a company like yours is using puppet s like you to prove how desperate it really is peep game everybody

I did everything properly verified my email and spent hours to answer surveys thoroughly I made 5 worth and tried to claim the reward they flagged my account as Cheater and refused to give me any explanation except stating I failed their Security Check and did not further give any clarification Edit In response to their response - I ve made the review more neutral for people to read with no motivational bias I have not made duplicate accounts or manipulated offers how do you manipulate offers anyway as they have suggested To clarify I m not questioning their legitimacy or ability in paying their members I m sure they do as other users have received their payments but they have shown through this case that they have the power and authority to do what they want without due process - including withholding your due rewards Nothing in my previous statement is incorrect or false I spent hours answering surveys to the best of my abilities I tried withdrawing my meager 5 reward and was hit with this Cheater title I opened up a ticket and asked why and they answered with- PERMANENT BANHi As a result of failing our security checks this account is now banned permanently All future tickets will be deleted without being read or receiving a response The SuperPayMe Team I ve reached out again on their website but they did not respond The fact that now we have some communication through trustpilot

This company sucks bro everytime I complete a offer for them they always lock my account for like 60 days before they pay me The only thing they good for is taking surveys

They are ridiculous with their verification process I just started the first day I just wanted to test if this site was even worth it due to the good reviews but it turns out it s not You have to wait a month or even more to be verified for payout If you are willing to wait that long that s on you Honestly it doesn t fare well against the other survey sites Definitely not worth the time and based on the other reviews they are quite confrontational with users it s really weird Would be a better site if they had a faster verification process
