Not a fan of the owners morals can t and won t support

Crappy shop I ordered a pick n mix bag and they didn t give me the correct sweets I selected They are ignoring all messages on email and TikTok don t shop with these scammers

the sweets were dookie hardly any in the bag i fear sean moved very bookie packing this order

Ordered sweets on the 7th July and did not receive them I have emailed multiple times and left messages on instagram multiple times and I have heard nothing back

After a positive experience previously with my last order I decided to place a second one and take advantage of their offers This time around however it s been an awful experience I placed my order over the weekend and it was shipped out on Monday The tracking showed it as being out for delivery on Wednesday 18 September but it hasn t updated since then I emailed Sweet Delivery to see if they could speak to Evri as they have the contractual relationship with them to find out what s happening I ve not received a single response to my emails they have just completely ignored me I ve managed to contact Evri who have said that my parcel is officially lost and let me know that Sweet Delivery will receive compensation for my order so I need to follow up with them for my refund or replacement Despite many attempts at following up I still haven t had a response Perhaps their customer service skills were left in the Love Island villa There is a line on the website that Sweet Delivery apparently don t accept responsibility for any items lost in transit - only I ve been told they will be compensated for my lost order So they get my money compensation from Evri and I get nothing They cannot refuse to compensate customers when goods don t arrive but apparently they can ignore them I ve raised a charge back with my bank as clearly Sweet Delivery are quite happy to receive x2 payments for my order and not bother to provide the products Definitely one to avoid

I ordered x4 1kg bags when they arrived not one had a 1kg of sweets inside including the packaging wouldnt recommend or use again all 4 bags were under the 1Kg they were supposed to weigh 845g 917g 865g 908g 465g short of the 4Kg that i paid for Sweets were nice and fresh but slow delivery and way less sweets than id paid for cant recommend using this company im affraid and i personally will not be buying from Sweet Delivery again Disapointed

My order turned up with the 1kg bag missing no signed bags I paid for this but I did receive the 500g bag however I was missing 2 of the 5 varieties of sweets I chose I was told a replacement order would be sent out two weeks had passed and I had heard received nothing I was finally refunded for the 1kg bag as my replacement had gone missing and told if I re-ordered they would add in extras I received my order after three weeks of issues they had added in a 150g bag and lollies as a sorry but bags were still not signed Been refunded 1 for that Sweets are nice but not worth the hassle which is a shame

My order showed up but my bags were filled with a sweet I didn t order Have tried to contact them twice but have nit had a response

Paid 25 - 22 on sweets deal 3 mistary item and should got free cables if spent 25 I was returned the 3 mistary item Was packed with sweets I didn t order as well you can get the same sweets in booker or Costco

Look I understand the personal touch And advertising but the cost of these sweets are massive The sweets were just okay and probably more expensive than the cinema
