Poor Value Good Service

Look I understand the personal touch And advertising but the cost of these sweets are massive The sweets were just okay and probably more expensive than the cinema

Still not recieved order

Hi I don t mean to be harsh but I spent 50 plus and I don t think the value for money was in there The sweets were lovely no doubt but in my 29 99 mystery box there was a bag of sweets and like an assortment of 50p sweets that wasn t the value for the money I paid Other than that everything was good such as customer service delivery and product taste but was let down by the value of money It may be different for other customers but the key word I had was underwhelmed

Delivery disasters

Nothing wrong with the sweets but I enquired about the delivery as it hadn t arrived 10 days after order was placed and paid for 48hour delivery I have had no reply to this email regarding the delivery issue either

Ignore customers

I paid for next day delivery on time and it did not arrive next day It came the following day when I wasn t home and I ended up having to collect it 1 week after I contacted the sweet delivery and they have ignored my email Will not be ordering from them again

Honestly not the best The owner is quite weird as when i got my order it said in the box you can be my fizzy cherry His performance on love island was disgusting and the sweets were to do not order from here

The sweets had a distinct taste to them as if they haven t been stored correctly I ordered a 1KG bag but they just weren t the best quality at all Customer Service has unfortunately been poor and struggle to accept this problem I ve seen other people with the same issue

Short delivery of sweets

This is in no way a personal opinion of the character of the owner I actually ordered from them as I had read that people were unfairly reviewing this company due to the owners participation in a popular dating show I ordered a small delivery of sweets for around 25 and it was short delivered Despite numerous attempts at contacting the company and with evidence that the Facebook messages have been read I have yet to receive a response weeks later It s sad as I would have been a loyal customer This was a trial run purchase and I work at a school so it really is a pity Edit - about 5 weeks after receiving the sweets I was refunded the short delivery so I have added a star to the rating I probably won t order again though

Good quantity poor quality

Ordered over 20 worth of sweets Good quantity however the sweets are of very poor quality They taste as if they are very cheaply made and are not the quality you would buy in a local shop Sweets which are supposed to be hard are soft I wouldn t buy again

My ordered arrived in good time However sweets are missing that I ordered Good filled bags but poor quality taste Some of the gummy sweet taste abit like chemical after taste
