Brilliant service from start to finish The watch we selected was 1600 cheaper than we could find elsewhere so a brilliant saving We had not ordered before through Swiss Watches Direct so I was a little sceptical to find the watch so much lower in price but after looking at the reviews I went ahead and ordered and so glad I did I spoke to them before I ordered and it was suggested we try the watch on in a shop before I committed to such a big purchase which I also found reassuring The watch arrived within the delivery time stated and the manufactures warranty was already completed for us My husband is delighted with his new watch

I bought my Tag Heuer Monaco from Swiss Watches Direct back in 2007 and it has given sterling service ever since I have referred several people to this company over the years and like me all have been delighted with their watches and the service from SWD I lost the invoice for my watch and I recently asked SWD if they could supply a copy of the original invoice After 15 years I wasn t holding my breath Within a day Garry was kind enough to reply with a copy of the original invoice I have no hesitation in highly recommending this company
