Nothing but a pathetic store to deal
Nothing but a pathetic store to deal with have absolutely no accountability for there products they sell whetherthey are faulty or not they sell infierer products to tradesmen which are not trade quality at all They sell dodgey products and do nothing but rip custumers off by never refunding for broken products as they just pass the buck This company should stay in Sydney and never be allowed to operate in Queensland Go back to being the rip off dogs you areMy advice to people is to boycott this store and never buy anything from this company and deal with Trade tools or Total Tools or even Bunnings as they are so much more reliable and better quality and service without being rude or pathetic with accountability for the service or products sold DO NOT DEAL WITH SYDNEY TOOLS AS THEY AS A RORT AND UNLESS TO DEAL WITH

Still waiting for what management promised mybe they will just send the POLICE aroud again to pay me a visit
It s been a few weeks now since Management promised to get back to me by the end of the day Starting to lose hope but that s ok I m happy to let customers know that they take a chance of having the POLICE come out and see them at home if they complain about bad service Awsome that a huge company is able to use the POLICE as their personal thug squad

My rating of Sydney Tools is -10 They are the worst They Windsor Gardens branch refused to give me a 30 refund in cash since I paid cash and when the credit didn t appear in my account I rang on the next three consecutive days to find out why I was told they would look into it and call back but they didn t Finally on the 5th day after having to chase them up again they relented and told me the refund would be put through next Monday as their office only issue refunds twice a week As yet I have not received a refund for the item Ive returned

Very poor customer service AFter purchasing shelving I asked for the invoice details to be updated to refelect my business name rather than my personal details 3 emials 3 phone calls and more than 4 weeks have passed without the issue being resolved Phone wait times are a minimum of 25 minutes

My Experience with the north parramatta shop was woeful Took a Michelin high pressure water blaster product back to repair under warrantee I took them 8 weeks to repair it and kept given my excuses why it couldn t be delivered So the customer service was bad an then it got even worse when complained about it they were just being vengeful I will never buy another product from them ever Im sorry I hadnt looked them up on trust pilot before I purchase and seen their shocking rating

I am surprised an organisation with such poor customer service survives Clear T C on their web site says they will process orders within 1 - 5 business days 9 days and counting but apart from canned email reponses saying they are busy I can get nothing Do yourself a favour and do not deal with them

Worst customer service ever
Happy to take your money but if there s a warranty issue good luck I have a 4 month old 450 Bahco trolley jack here thats stuffed They already attempted to fix it once obviously poorly and having the exact same problem I ve called multiple times been into the store 4 times emailed multiple people and nothing I ve just reported them to the ACCC and will be contacting consumer and business affairs on Monday for further advice as they refuse to refund or replace it

Avoid - false and misleading information on website regarding postage Customer support will not help and says item postage can t be changed despite it not only being the queue for despatch and I am told it is not actually being posted for several more days The pages of each item state postage is free and very fast In reality there is an excessive cost for this and it is not free If you don t notice then you won t receive your item as expected
