Unfortunately my experience with Syna has been disappointing After cancelling my order I only received a partial refund the replacement voucher for the rest of the amount was issued but doesn t work Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service the issue remains unresolved I expected better support from a brand I trusted Unfortunately this has been the worst customer support experience I ve ever had
