Absolutely appalling service

Absolutely appalling service Joined this service for my recently adopted lottery syndicate It was very confusing to say the least I deposited 50 then a further 18 as there was 10 members in my syndicate It was on a Saturday before the next lotto was done I entered 10 lotto lines 20 for next sat draw then 4x lucky dip on the euro draw for tues This did not generate any numbers until closer to the draw So basically took the money but didn t give me my numbers so couldn t tell the syndicate the numbers At this point I contacted them via message service there is no phone number to delete my account after Tuesday euro draw it was to confusing and some members pulled out They deleted the account so quickly I didn t even see the euro numbers that was generated so much to be annoyance they have not responded to my issue after numerous messages Did not got a refund of what was outstanding at the time of deleting my account they kept the account running until my purchases ran out What was most frustrating they never gave me an explanation as to why they would not respond to my issue with the euro numbers generated did not know what they were I only have their word that the tickets was purchased and didn t win Why was the account deleted before my initial request of after the euro millions draw They have had plenty of time to respond but seems they are avoiding the issue
