Mostly bad experience
Dear Synsam I am forced to write here due to extremely bad service I got at the Mall of Scandinavia shop Your optician made a mistake and instead of putting 1st of Nov 2018 wrote 1st of Jan 2018 on my eye s check form which was later sent to Transportation committee Due to this mistake they declined my permission for getting a driving licence not a valid eye s check - too old In the meantime I have already started going to a school and scheduled both of my exams at the end of January I thought what can go wrong when I am perfectly healthy and have no bad records And now I cannot go to driving lessons as planned When I called to Mall of Scandinavia and explained that I need help to fix Synsam s mistake I got a very unkind and rude answer that they will come back as soon as they have time No clear timing no apology no understanding that they may have ruined someone s plans They bounced me between two colleagues without giving any clear answer How can you give such a service to a loyal customer - I bought glasses from you and one year later came back for doing eye s check Instead of offering a compensation for such a mistake you made me struggle to get attention and answer It is very impolite and frustrating I thought it was worth sharing here for other customers to know how you handle problem-solving situations not just pure sales Regards Elena
