An awesome leadership experience

I worked with Tarek for 6 months after I d worked as a design manager for a year The 6 months were pivotal for me and very eye opening Tarek was able to provide me with actionable steps I started utilising on day-to-day basis with my own team The topic ranged from improving performance of my team accountability and building more diverse teams I cannot recommend Tarek and Synthosys enough whether you are a seasoned leader in your field or just starting up I m sure you ll benefit from this type of coaching
