Jimmy was very kind and helpful went replying back to an email sent to the general inbox regarding trouble unlocking my new Bobby backpack I was freaking out because I didn t realize it was locked and I couldn t unlock it to actually start using it after I brought it home Jimmy was kind enough to send some manuals very quickly Great customer service Thank you Jimmy

Christmas Order
Considering I ordered at Christmas time delivery was surprisingly quite quick However I was a little disappointed that the Bobby Hero XL Backpack had no place to secure attach keys but apart from that I really am pleased with my purchase
