NOT WORKING

- I wanted to create a webinar registration page but you can t schedule the webinar into the future So the product doesn t work for me - Even thought I ve just purchased it they won t give me my money back So before purchase any systeme io subscription be aware that the product is not fully developed and might NOT WORK for you

Systeme io is a horrible experience

Can you remember when software companies would block you from their platforms and then keep charging you a fee Well this is happening to me on this platform and they are acting like nothing is happening I thought this type of behavior ended years ago before you go on platforms like this and give honest reviews

A very bad experience 1 Completely non-intuitive and multi-step handling Setting up anything is an adventure 2 Adding students manually does not work - they do not get access to the course You have to write to support 3 Very often a 503 server error is displayed 4 The course settings change on their own - the order of lessons has changed 5 Very slow After that we can not invest in a paid plan

Block my emails I m a paid customer

Hi I have a paid plan and recently upgraded to webinar plan All was good until I imported my contact list from my own website The list is from my own website subscribers Still they have blocked my newsletter So basically even after been on paid plan they have blocked my newsletter

Please stay away completely to keep your rest of mind System io is completely incompetent No polite responses or customer service No calls only through emails with days gone without response Do not risk your hard earned cash Absurd purchase terms Must be one-years subscription No money back guarantee and all purchases are final even if there s a purchase transaction error I signed up for a monthly subscription but somehow they took 198 00 from my bank account saying they only do 1-year subscription That is completely BS Never heard of that before

very very very poor customer support I WILL NEVER RECOMEND We Purchased a yearly subscription because they are offering a free migration of our site but it has been almost 3 months and their migration team always makes excuses as to why they still haven t migrated our site our business as of now is not moving AGAIN VERY POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND ONLY TAKES YOUR MONEY THEN THATS IT I WILLNEVER RECOMEND

Nerve wrecking experience

I was completely lost with the entire migration process Today I received a confirmation email that my migration from click funnels is complete But my domain landing page is not working and I have potential clients getting errors when clicking my domain Facebook and Instagram did not allow me to use my domain after the migration It was tagged as spam It is nerve wrecking not being able to get in touch with someone on an urgent matter Facebook group did not even accept my question it was denied You guys need to do better The reason I asked for a migration was that I am not familiar with doing that

I m regretfully writing this review as I have had an excellent experience with systeme io However approx 10 days ago I purchased a course from them and upgraded to the bundle which cost me over 100 I have yet to receive any of the course which I purchased and despite sending 4 emails and a message on instagram I have been ghosted This is my last resort to try and reach out as this close to Christmas 100 to be scammed has come at the wrong time Other than this situation the platformIs great and really useful but I really do hope someone from the team responds to me asap

Total sh tshow for non-English customers lack of customization frustrating Facebook groups no problem-solvingLet me start by saying this The ONLY reason to use systeme io over other competitors is if you can t afford the others 1 I encountered many issues with systeme io especially missing features Whenever I asked support about an issue they would say make a feature request We re talking about features that are standard in every other funnel builder email system For example you can t change the text of the email that a customer receives when they get access to a course How stupid is that I could list a dozen stupid things like this 2 Their existing translations into German are a joke They don t make sense and lead to confusion for both the systeme io user and potential customers Some id ot must have used Google Translate for that Can t they afford a German native for translation 3 Even though I sell to German customers and the customers are properly tagged as German in the system they still receive some English emails for example when resending an access to course email Since we cannot change the text of this email my German customers receive English emails 4 Their Facebook groups both German and English are a boatload of cr p There are countless posts about how awesome systeme io is but don t you dare mention something critical about systeme io Your post will not be published You will not know who rejected your post nor will you get a reason The post will just be rejected

Poor customer service

Poor customer service They offer site migration with the yearly plan but they are hopeless despite numerous calls I had to hire someone at my own expense to migrate and fix the stuffups they made Contactact support was also a waste of time
