Terrible business practices going on
I had the exact same experience as the fellow before this review Ordered in stock ammunition waited 2 weeks to inquire I was first told oh we must have missed this it will be shipped in 5 days Waited 7 more days still no updateMe I would like to inquire about my order Tacticalshits oh we got shorted it will take another 7-21 days to ship Mind you they never honored their own shipping rules of giving me free shipping if they sell you an item marked as in stock that actually is not in stock Me I would like to cancel my order sent a picture of their own cancellation policy to them Tacticalshits different person emails me restating what the last email saidMe I would like to cancel Tacticalshits 32 days after seizing my funds for items they didn t actually have ok but all refunds for this item are store credit Should I remind them of FTC rules about misleading advertisement marketing something in me says its not worth it DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES from someone who works in the firearm industry as well I understand long waits for ammo right now but I will never support the practice of money seizing for a high demand item when it was clearly never in stock to begin with Just despicable Daffy Duck voice Not to mention they have an article on their own website defending their bad reputation with a couple reviews of guys giving them 5 stars and name calling people who have given them bad reviews what company uses that approach to defend their name instead of seeking to find a solution with the customer who had a bad time a lazy terrible business is who

It s one thing to think maybe you re just having a bad experience with a business but WOW search and you shall find numerous events that directly mirror this experience makes you wonder how many more exist that don t make it onto sites like this They advertise ammo mind you a very high demand product with the current market as in stock and then when its been a month and no update has been communicated when you ask about the status they say they re shipment was shorted Then two months later when nothing has been updated and you ask they play victim about the supply chain and availability of goods and tell you to wait Well great it happens all the time these days but that item you had marked as in stock was indeed not in stock So now you have broke a trust agreement with your customers you have misled the public into giving you money for products you don t possess and you are continuing on with advertising that goes against every fair trade advertising law currently in place in YOUR STATE OF BUSINESS and federally These people are terrible people to deal with I am currently at the 2 month mark of forking over my hard earned money I have waited 2 weeks to even hear back from ANYONE from my last email and now the customer service rep who ushered me to her supervisor the Vice President of the company or that was a Sh t scare tactic not sure yet both of who have not acknowledged or responded to any of my emails for weeks on end I can t believe a company like this can stay in business or even exists places like this ceased to exist in my mind long ago for their terrible customer relationship skills and poor communication not to mention false advertisement of products

SCAM ALERT - Tactical BS
SCAM ALERT I ordered some 9mm ammo on 07 27 21 and they immediately processed the full charge on my credit card After not getting a receipt by email after several days I logged into my account to see what the issue was The product had not shipped yet When I inquired they sent me a preprinted response talking about how everything is backed due to COVID and the insane demand and then stated the product would be shipped in 7-14 days and when it did they would send out a tracking number Side Note the very same night I order some 22LR ammo from BulkAmmo com and received it in 3-days In any event on the 15th day I sent an email to cancel my order and to asked to issue an immediate refund to my credit card and to also cancel my subscription to their email advertising Their response was they could cancel but they will not issue a refund because it was a sale item every item is a sale item there but they would give a store credit The place in my book is very scammy Note all their ads state product will ship in 5-7 days I didn t cancel until the 15th day The broke their own delivery promise twice both on the web-site and also their preprinted Tactical BS email to me and then they refused to refund my money The name of the company should be Tactical Bullcrap This is by far the Scammiest company I ve tried to do business with in a long time Sincerely Will Chase

Early August I ordered 1000 rounds of 7 62x39 Received no tracking or shipping email 6 weeks later they email me back saying due to shipping delays stuff is backed up I understand due to the recent Russian ammo ban I ask for store credit A week later I receive my store credit I order a micro red dot Another week goes by and I get a tracking number The day the package was to arrive nothing came I went back to check the tracking it says it was delivered Then I noticed the tracking they sent me was from their supplier to their shop My order then stated complete on their website I email them everyday for a week but get nothing but automated emails back I finally email the customer service person that gave me a refund and send even more emails They push the blame on the supplier My friend ordered the same day as me and had the same issues with his ammo and response from the company If they focused as much on their customer service as they do posting cringy videos on IG then maybe this wouldn t happen I sent a sight back to Trijicon to get worked and got it back in less time it took to get anything from this company Please avoid this terrible company

DO NOT DEAL WITH EM PURE AND SIMPLE
Got an email from this sham co stating free shipping on all 9mm ammo with 1000 end min order which i did but they charged shipping 60 shipping When I inquired about it I was asked to provide a code or a screenshot of the ad which I sent Then I got an email saying they couldn t process my order due to my shipping and billing address being diff and that I needed to provide verification of my account to which I replied not until the issue with shipping is resolved Next thing I hear from Rachel is hmmm shouldn t have charged ya shipping but I ll give ya in store credit for 70 or refund the 60 I asked if the credit might raise the shipping cost to which I never got a reply So I sent at least 3 emails canceling the order and requesting a full refund Next thing I know I m getting shipping alerts that my order is on its way Hold up wait a second what happened to you must verify your account info before we can ship all for my protection ya see and against their own stated policy By this point I m no longer interested in doing business with this joke of a business so I told them I d dispute the charge and refuse the order to which Rachel whom by the way is the cust service supervisor says go ahead you ve been rude and nasty so I m not gonna deal with you Now I admit at a point I did get a little heated but nasty I don t think so I guess I should ve checked their reviews online first cause I would not have ordered from them and blocked their emails Learn from us and do not deal with this tacticalshi t show
