This is my second order from TA

This is my second order from TA 1st one was spot on This one was good but the white shirt had a couple of marks on it and a piece of dark thread in between the material in the collar It wasnt the end of the world and under normal circumstances i would just return and ask for a replacement Im sure TA would have sorted it Unfortunately i needed it for a funeral So there was no time to return it Shame really

I guess I find it a bit frustrating

I guess I find it a bit frustrating that you can provide me the small white v neck tee as one of a mixed pack but won t separate them and let me get a couple of just white tees I have bought a lot of stuff from you which has been good but I really don t want to buy 9 more v neck shirts to get 3 white ones Appreciate your help but in effect you are asking me to shop elsewhere for a white v neck tee which you have in stock

Wildly inconsistent shorts sizing

I order from Tailored Athlete multiple times a year and am generally really happy with the clothes Athletic fit really does make a difference and most of my shirts and polos are now from TA However I have really struggled with the sizing on the chino shorts which appears wildly inconsistent I have five different pairs all 32 waist according to the label and they all have different waist sizes and only two of them fit me I recently ordered a pair in the sale which can t be returned and it runs so small it doesn t even close It s just really disappointing - especially as I generally love the brand

The fit is great but make sure to inspect the build quality I received a second shirt that was ripped Unfortunately for me I discovered the damage right after I removed the tags so I haven t even tried reaching out to the company

New polos basic x 5 in pack not same quality material clearly inferior which should be explicit if of different material blend or quality

Great quality but very tight fit on the sides

This was my first purchase the ordering and delivery process was very good and fast The material is good but the sides are very tight You really need to be fully toned if you don t want those love handles to show and I m actually in very good physical shape Compared to the competition the elastic material is good but the waistband on the sides should be less tight

The ordering was fast Quality is great I m very fit and muscular I ordered the XL which always fits my shoulders and chest and I usually get the sides altered from my tailor this brand does a great job with the upper part but the sides are way to tight make that part bigger to allow people to alter on their own if they want

8 99 next day delivery with no tracking number

I m giving a one star review due to me paying 8 99 for next day delivery and being provided with no tracking number for FedEx This has left me waiting in my house all day as I cannot see any delivery window with the Route app I was diverted to use in order to track my delivery The only thing I could see was OUT FOR DELIVERY It sort of defeats the object of paying for premium next day delivery at 8 99 if you have to sit in all day waiting for your parcel Rating revised to 3 stars due to Tailored Athlete addressing this issue promptly by refunding my delivery charge

10 out of pocket

Ordered 2 pair 36 waist short shorts normally 34 but read a few reviews about sizing so went for bigger size wen they arrived one pair Kind of fit but was tight and the other pair wouldn t go past my knees upon contacting Customer service was told there using different suppliers and sizes are up and down at the moment so sent both pair back At my own expense So bottom line is to try on at home has cost me 10 5 delivery and 5 return Sorry but won t be ordering again

Arrived - tracking was not working

The order was placed with the prommis to be delivered in 2 working days Finaly arrived after 3 days Yet the tracking systeem kept saying that the parcel was not picked up yet
