Visibility of all sales final not very clear on website and was unable to exchange clothes that did not fit properly

I bought two shirts based upon the size chart in medium and should have followed my gut and bought the large Admittedly the medium Bombay short sleeve shirt fits me quite well Almost too well and I m tempted to buy another shade in large to feel more comfortable However the white long sleeve shirt fits too tight and probably would have been better in the large In other words I wouldn t follow the size chart if you know the majority of the sizes in your closet

This review is for the Merino Wool full zip through cardigan The material fit and style of this shirt is wonderful I am 6 00 tall and weigh 190 pounds and the large fits me perfectly The problem I have with it is in the zipper This zipper is SO incredibly difficult to get started It s so difficult in fact I have to leave it partially zipped and pull it over my head when taking it off and putting it back on because it takes 10 minutes to get the zipper restarted if you unzip it all the way Please fix the design of these zippers Overall I love Tailored Athlete as a company and will continue to buy your clothes

I have a difficult experience with Tailored Athlete to review On the pro side they make some great clothes that can fit me without having to hire a tailor They also have a bunch of service people on staff who are pretty promptly responsive an expense a lot of companies are no longer willing to pay for so they are trying Cons They don t track information across multiple responses to a customer over a long-running problem nor assign a case to one particular person so you can get some really unhelpful inaccurate and uninformed replies They also have problems on occasion with inventory management I bought bamboo dress shirts from them previously in navy and midnight blue and both times received navy blue One was just mislabeled Two months ago I ordered a black one They sent midnight blue I showed the photographs of the different color shirts side by side and the incorrectly labeled package They sent a replacement it was also midnight blue labeled black They had the warehouse verify the color and sent a third shirt it was navy blue labeled midnight After relabeling all their merchandise this week they informed me they didn t have any black shirts in my size and canceled my order with reimbursement So I was pretty disappointed and extremely annoyed I had had some good but also some extremely lame interactions with support staff and wasted a lot of my time to never receive what I wanted I expressed my feelings somewhat inelegantly and they gave me a consolation T-shirt lol I am returning the incorrect shirts I did not wear The first one I put on and wore to work before I saw my reflection and realized it was the wrong color I was traveling so I didn t have another dress shirt to wear instead At least now I have the midnight blue shirt I ordered a year ago and never received

Love the fit and in the sale I got a great price However their is plastic around the seam of my cuffs on my henleys and its incredibly itchy I would say that the customer service is fantastic

Overall everything was ok or average I don t like a website that doesn t cover cost of returns when you never know how anything is going to fit The suit jacket was long but fit ok The pants not so much and were essentially a stretchy skinny sit I returned them and had to cover shipping which is irritating

I am trying to find a return label to start an exchange for a bigger size but there s not a place to print the return label anywhere to be found TAUS160375

Here s my take on TA As a man who is relatively short compared to western men but has a gym physique it s almost impossible to find anything that fits well Enter TA My first purchase was done in 2018 2019 I needed proper business attire for my work I still have those clothes they fit great and the quality is superb Now why just 3 stars I got an email with some summer shirts TA is offering and decided to go on the site and saw the prices A printed tshirt for 125 euros I understand TA wants to offer quality and set itself out as a premium brand but the pricing is horrible Formal shirts also around 100 euro Ordering 4 or 5 items would cost me more than my mortgage payment I occasionally order via the sale or last chance but the prices are just too hefty There are similar brands that offer the same for way less Just hoping TA would review their pricing

The shorts are nice enough and up to the same quality that I expect but I have two minor issues with them Having previously purchased the full-length TA muscle fit stretch chinos and going for a 32 32 I naively assumed these shorts were effectively the shorts-version of the full-length chino trousers They are certainly available in similar shades and priced the same at a standard price of 70 a pair furthering my presumption - but they are not the same so that high price feels wrong The other gripe is that they are not the same stretch material either so the 32 32 fit I love from the other chinos is not replicated here They fit but without the comfort I got from the full chinos I really wish they had used the same stretch material so that the fit was consistent between their products
