Good experience commication lacking slightly

We bought our first home through Talbots Law Stourbridge Branch and we had a good experience overall They were attentive and effective at meeting our needs However in the earlier stages updates were sometimes sparing leaving us to feel left adrift without clear direction or guidance unless we actively followed up Would recommend to others and would have given a 4 5 if that were an option Feedback we would provide would be ensure that clients unfamiliar with the process are hand-held just a little more than they are

I was very pleased with the work of Khaled I did think the fee for a remortgage was a little on the high side but he was professional and generally readily available The speed of completing the process even with some hiccups from external parties was good Marvelle

Concessionary first time buyer purchase

I used Talbots law to deal with buying a property from a family relative as a concessionary purchase Took a while but emails were replied with within the week all monies statements and relevant documents sent were correct Mandeep in particular was very professional prompt with chasing my case in the final stages and phoned and was in touch at an instant A real credit to his team Natasha Emma Zara also were good As it was my first purchase I did not know what to expect however I am grateful the team helped me to complete get on the property ladder

Our experience was good As first time buyers Mandeep managed to make this process and easy as possible for us Mandeep was reliable effective and quick with his responses to emails I feel we were not informed of extra payments that had been added when enquiries had been raised and would have appreciated if this had been communicated to us as and when these came up rather than right at the end Overall the experience has been good and many many thanks to Mandeep

The team at Talbots facilitated a smooth and quick house purchase without any issues or delays despite not using modern apps

The team at Talbots ensured that the purchase of our house went smoothly and progressed quickly We were updated frequently on how things were progressing The only downside depending on your view would be that they don t use any of the new apps for uploading documents so things have to be scanned emailed and or posted The amount of work which goes into these things must go largely unnoticed so I am grateful that everything went without any issues or delaysHighly recommended

A good experience in the end

All in all a good experience with Talbots This is mainly due to Kelly who has recently taken over my case Before this I found it quite hard to get hold of anyone with Talbots or get any updates However the last few weeks Kelly has promptly answered all my questions and has been in contact regularly An absolute credit to the organisations and has completely changed my view on the firm Thanks for all your hard work Kelly

I used Talbots Law for the sale of my

I used Talbots Law for the sale of my late aunts house by auction under probate I was kept up to date frequently on the progress of the sale and at what stage we were at Completion was due in July but for factors which were completely out of the hands of Talbots Law it only was finalised yesterday I will not go into details of my experience but may I suggest that before leaving a negative review please be aware that what we may see as failures or lack of progress by them is often due to factors outside their control caused by third parties I would especially like to thank Sophie Bridgewater for all her hard work and patience and I thank her very much

Emily Sadler and Lauren Siviter were great in responding back to my emails They kept me updated I chose Talbots due to being a great firm and have a good reputation but also being competitive in quotes I hope Talbots in the future can provide the same competitive quotes again

Though I m not a great user of Solicitors I have been impressed with my dealings with Talbots the fact that you can do some of the needed visits at other branches we found particularly useful The service we have received from them has been efficient and informative
