After a webinar I was interested in buying both LinkedIn Optimization Premium On-boarding services

After a webinar I was interested in buying additional services but wanted to talk to someone to discuss the options I could not seem to get anyone to pick of the phone and give me a call If you are going to serve executives can t do it 100 by e-mail Did have one person say they would call me but she blew me off Not sure if I am interested in buying the add on service any more - how can one ensure timely and quality work if you can t even keep a phone appointment

Poor audio quality

The presenter had good things to say but the audio quality was so poor that it was difficult to follow along There was a lot of random background noise and interference The speaker spoke very quickly Those two things combined made it difficult to hear and understand - I did not stay for the entire presentation

The early part of the presentation was good and the slides were helpful However the volume disappeared after ten minutes and therefore the majority of the presentation was in silence I logged on via another device and had the same problem This detracted a lot from the benefit of the presentation

No sound no response

Unfortunately there was no sound for the webinar I raised my hand in the response section and didn t receive a response I made a few comments during the presentation about not hearing anything and didn t receive a response In addition I checked my sound with their system just to validate it wasn t me and it checked out ok As I was unable to hear anything and no one responded in 15 minutes I left the call

Thank you for the webinar and the opportunity to learn something new Unfortunately this session did not meet my expectations because it was just a promo of what GT can do for a fee and Q A from the audience I think my expectation was a structured session tips and tricks with additional info on what GT can do how can help however this info is regularly available via emails sent by GT and then Q A

Webinars are great but job opportunities that come through the GT platform are limited LinkedIn works better

A couple of helpful video tutorials

The video tutorials have been helpful but are very limited in number The site itself is basic and I haven t heard from any companies since I joined 3 months ago

Good team but not expected outcomes

Very professional team and easy to work with I used their LinkedIn writing service and also signed up for paid membership I recommend their webinars and free membership but not their paid service My Linkedin profile appearance and searches dropped big time

I am not sure

I am not sure I have not really noticed any change I appreciate your means and services but other than some recruiters or consultancies requesting a connection no one has actually shown any interest on me

I had my profile fully updated and put effort into it Since then there have been 7 to 8 contact requests from recruiters to share data which I all agreed to But not one single job proposal was forwarded to me Unless for paid service this website has no benefit for me
