Just gorgeous laundry products but it doesn t end there I mistakenly sent my products to the wrong address I emailed in a panic as I know the delivery is super fast Not a problem for this amazing company First class response - over a weekend too So not just amazing products - customer service is outstanding too

Fantastic fragrance with customer service to match

Bought the samples recently and loved all the fragrances I have a skin condition so it s important I use products that are gentle on sensitive skin which these are without compromising on amazing smell I went on to buy both bottles of Celestial and both of the Odyssey Unfortunately one bottle was slightly damaged in transit but the customer service from Tallow Ash has been fantastic Very personal friendly and a resolution was made quickly courier service nowhere near as helpful Can t wait for my next purchase but which one do choose next

Hi this is a company I reviewed harshly as I was disappointed in the product but they have excelled themselves with the best customer service to appease me I m happy to say I have tried all the samples and still feel it s not concentrated enough still a bit watery for me Maybe that s because it s environmently friendly It s a lovely smell and I added more to the wash but the fragrance didn t last long The stain remover is excellent and I would buy that again it s a new company so I m guessing tweeks might be coming in the future and good luck to them

I love doing the washing now date night is my favourite My house smells amazing when I m drying my clothes they smell lovely all day long Customer service is also fantastic x

I ordered my wash shampoo set on the Wednesday and got it delivered on the Thursday great service The scent candy crush omg I m loving it so much now washing my clothes I look forward too this is going to be my go to for washing now I m so glad I came across tallow and ash I will recommend it to everyone we ll I ve already got my daughter to buy it and she can t wait for it to arrive

Great customer service

I placed my order for the discovery samples and they arrived really quickly but their was a problem when I opened the pack One of the sachets had split and product was all over I sent customer services an email and got a very quick and lovely response they are sending me another sample in the post and she was very apologetic I couldn t ask for anything more I have already tried 2 samples and honestly they smell divine I will definitely will be buying the bigger bottles

Fabulous fragrance and brilliant cleaning for sensitive souls

You would think that raving over laundry products is for the terminally bored but you would be so wrong I liked the sound of the scents so thought I d give it a go I ordered the sample selection that comes with a handy dandy laundry bag - first mistake Its not that they are bad its that they all smell so good I tried I really did to pick a favourite I kept one sachet of each fragrance and kept having a sniff off but couldn t decide I had a top three oud odessy aurora duvet day date night and bahama - see the problem It cleans as well as it smells and the laundry room is divinely scented I have washed the sofa throws and cushion covers just to get the fragrance in as many rooms as possible Second mistake was washing the bed linen Don t do it unless you re prepared to call in sick and spend the day sniffing the duvet cover like a mad person This could become an addiction I plumped for Oud first and will cycle through the set its the only way If you re unsure buy it start with the selection of samples and pick a favourite - I dare you
