Excellent home visit by Duncan

This is the first time I ve used Tapi and so far I am very impressed The store in Oldbury were very helpful allowed me to bring a sample home then arranged for a home visit the next day Duncan arrived promptly was very professional and polite and extremely helpful answering any questions and advising me on things to consider when making my decision Finance was arranged very quickly and with no issues and now I m just waiting for the carpet to come into stock hopefully before Christmas

Killian was very helpful

Killian from Sevenoaks branch was very helpful and explained the differences between the types of carpet and helped us make the correct choice for our living room Would recommend using this store and Killian if you need new carpets

Lovely young man called Chris East called today to Measure up for a new carpet He was Quick and very knowledgeable about the products so much better looking at samples at home especially when you re feeling a bit under the weather All in all a lovely service

Absolutely brill

I have had tappi carpets previously for my hall landing and two bedrooms and the service was absolutely brilliant So now I called them back again for my lounge and dining room because I was really satisfied with them Kane titcombe was the guy that came on both visits and he was really helpful and a really nice guy and easy to get on with and not pushy for sales so if you want new carpets that s the place to go so a shout out for KANE TITCOMBE and the BASINGSTOKE STORE

First time ever shopped here and can say it was a pleasant experience Staff were not pushy and very helpful and efficient Was notified as soon as the carpet was in and an appointment made for fitting The fitters were excellent and did great job clearing everything away
