I am in the process of planning my pinch me I can t believe I m going on THIS trip Rachael McBride has been amazing to work with Her follow up and communication over the past 4 months has been top notch I began with Best of Africa but because of requirements by TCS was not able to go on the trip out of Barcelona Rachael continued to keep me informed about the issue and I was waitlisted for Around the World Rachael called me on 63rd birthday and said I was cleared to go on October 5 for a Once in a Lifetime Trip hoping maybe 2 or 3 more Traveling solo Rachael assured me that solo is just fine that there are 51 other great folks joining me on this journey If Rachael s service is indicative of how this trip will go it will be amazing Thanks Rachael for making this possible A Happy Texan

The trip of a lifetime

Every bit of the trip came up flawlessly Your staff is amazing They are knowledgeable and helpful and friendly in every respect We cannot ask for more It was definitely of a lifetime I don t think we will ever be able to equal let alone excel it We recommend TCS to our friends and family and look forward to another trip with TCS

Terrific Travel Planning with TCS

We ve been working with TCS specifically Anna Hawley Travel Consultant since 2017 when we found TCS from a magazine ad Anna has planned many trips for us both big and small For example with her help we enjoyed a 3 week long trip to New Zealand and Bora Bora and a weekend getaway to Miami She is an absolute pleasure to work with and always truly listens to what we would like to get out of our travel experience Certainly through Covid travel planning has changed and we are especially grateful for Anna s expertise and thorough approach In a world where you can click on a button and make travel plans for yourself we appreciate the TCS model which focuses on customer service professionalism knowledge and warmth Anna s suggestions have always hit the mark and it s comforting to know she and her team are available while we travel just in case We look forward to working with Anna and TCS for all of our travel planning

Great trip

My wife and I have absolutely no critical comments The round the world trip was impeccably handled in every respect Staff was great hotels marvelous and the food unbelievable We are diligently reviewing every announced trip to find our next one

Our President s Trip Around the World

Our President s Trip Around the World with TCS was fabulous Everything was first class All the TCS people travelling with us and those that we met at our various locations were great The plane and crew were outstanding We will be going on another around the world trip in 2022 and are planning another for 2024 I highly recommend TCS

Beyond First Class

You will not find a more dedicated group of people than TCS to take care of every aspect of your trip Everything was arranged ahead of time and there were absolutely no glitches They are truly a First Class operation and everyone we came in contact with was just lovely

So far our booking experience has been great We were on a waitlist which opened up quickly and although we were out of the country at the time Rachael McBride was wonderful about working with us to arrange payments and help us with travel insurance Rachael was incredibly patient knowledgeable and thorough with our very detailed questions and if she didn t have the answer right away she would get it for us

This was my 7th trip with TCS and all trips I would give an A except the last one which I would give an A The difference is in the leadership Other than who leads the group the hotels are perfect the restaurants 4 5 star and the places we visited very educational and enlightening
