Product is brilliant customer service

Product is brilliant and customer service is good if it is a simple query However cushions for the rattan furniture I purchased are listed as water repellent This is untrue as they could not withstand a small rain shower on a summer s day even though I also had a protective cover over the furniture I ve sent two emails with photos showing how the rain has left white marks but they ve shied away from responding I ve requested that they investigate the listing and test their pillows with water but no response back after a week

Could have been better

The fire pit arrived damaged although exterior packaging was ok Quality of product not great although worked satisfactorily Customer Service Centre slow to answer email but offered a speedy response once a representative was involved Had to contact Teamson as agreed Course of action did not occur within the timeframe suggested

The product is good and fit for Good product

The product is good and fit for purpose Relatively easy to assemble and move into position Did not realise that it is not as waterproof as thought Only has a waterproof liner which has to be installed The biggest problem was with delivery and a total lack of contact advising when the item would be delivered Waited at home twice then arrived unscheduled luckily we were home

I am having to go down the middle on

I am having to go down the middle on this review because it took over 2 weeks for my garden furniture to arrive This was no fault of the company at all it was all the fault of there delivery company XPD who are quite easily the worst delivery company in the UK just look at there reviews if Teamsons change there delivery company this would have been 5 star and all the way because of the 3 ladies that dealt with my order l was in contact daly with Amy Jackie or Rebekah these lady s are a credit to your company and I would also like to thank there shipping manger I don t know his her name for sorting out a new delivery with another company

When we ordered item said was in stock and delivered in 3 days but took 6 weeks instead

Happy with the product but

Happy with the product but unfortunately had to wait 7 weeks for delivery too long

Brought a fire pit table it took ages

Brought a fire pit table it took ages to construct and didn t include a plate that covers the fire pit hole

Waterproof mmmmmm

Purchased this to keep our outside garden furniture cushions in as it said it s waterproof it s not waterproof we had some rain and they got wet not impressed but the col match is good that s about all I can say would I recommend this mmmmm

The Product is made in China

The product is nice but the material is not as strong as I thought I also thought it was made in Europe but it is made in China I was a bit disappointed The price was too expensive for that quality

sadly the labeling of all the parts of

sadly the labeling of all the parts of the cabinet did not fit the labeling of the building instruction and one side wall part arrived with a big crack on it
