I ordered my fire pit with a guaranteed delivery date of pre 1st June It was delivered 3rd June The fire pit is tiny and not like in the pictures

Ordered April 2021 Delivered June 2021 I was happy to waitMoney taken immediately from account most retailers wait till despatch or delivery date confirmed with customer before billing I queried it they said its their policy Item arrives and i go back on website to check the size of gas bottle i need and find item has now gone in a sale 40 less Now 299 from 339Contact Teamson won t price match or return difference Little things like this make you consider your repeat business how good at customer service the retail company really is 2 months wait with money taken from account to then be screwed for 40 not great

Product not delivered by states date Chases for 4 days to be told they delivered it then they tried to deliver it despite them not turning up Took a lot of emails to resolve and finally arrived Happy with product though but lack of communication regarding delivery is non existent

I am currently posting a review more than a week after my order was placed and can only rate it two stars as the order is still only saying processing No correspondence and no updates on website so not very impressed after spending 400 No idea if or when I am likely to get any further updates but will keep watching invade I need to cancel my card payment All I really want is regular updates

Delays of over a month That isn t the end of the world but the complete absence of any form of communication or updates from teamson is unacceptable The fire pit I ordered has now arrived however it is very different than in the picture as it has a different colour and looks less real than expected I am unlikely to use teamson again and I wouldn t recommend them either

I m very unhappy with the service of teamson I payed 300 for a 3 seater L shape garden sofa which was not delivered when said and also left outside my house where anyone could of taken my item I have then contact teamson by email about my problems to then have no reply Not happy for the amount I paid at all Box also was damaged when delivered yet to assemble item to see if any damage there

The service and delivery were excellent Unfortunately there is a mark on the edge of the desktop which has removed the finish

I ordered a gas fire pit it arrived nearly a week late and the ignition button is broke I ve emailed them twice since and I ve had no response from them

i am trying to return something which i have contacted them through their website but i still have not had a response so i can return item

So I ve ordered a Peaktop Chaise Lounger set of 2 with arm PT-OF0038 together with a small table Just received and assembled them today On the positive side - Quick delivery - All the parts and hardware are in place sorted and marked properly- Furniture does its jobOn the negative side - Made of very bad steel not aluminum so will rust We will see how quick- Came already damaged a few scratches here and there due to the poor packaging So more rust- Came already rusting I had flakes of rust falling off the rear part during assembly- A hell of an assembly especially if the customer doesn t have any experience and uses the supplied hex Allen key Absolutely no precision holes for bolts don t meet fixing plates were welded in place by a blind one handed drunk guy I suppose I don t know how I managed not to strip any of the bolts- even tightening the bolts with the supplied Allen key makes the frame literally fold under pressure without tightening too much Like 15Nm torque i believe- the table which is basically a piece of painted metal and some rattan is painted really bad Like it was done with a can of spray paint in a dusty garage Overall it s the second worst quality of a metal product I ve ever seen in my whole life The first place goes to a product from Germany which literally had Allen bolts with keyholes not in the center D
