There was a long delay in the shipment arriving but once here the delivery was very quick I am very pleased with my water feature

Furniture seems sturdy enough and looks good although one piece is damaged and it s right at the front so slightly disappointed with that Other than that ok

Well when I bought the solar powered

Well when I bought the solar powered fountain it was broke I sent it back and got my money back and went on eBay and bought the same fountain and that one was ok not damage I will be dealing with you at a later date thank you Mr j birch

Love the furniture I bought and it came

Love the furniture I bought and it came when the instructions said it would The only negative point was the delivery driver asked me to help get the large box off the van and carry it to the side of my property Although I didn t mind I wasn t impressed to do so

Very satisfied with the dealing I had with Jackie She was polite and professional throughout The delivery company could have been better at keeping me informed of delivery I only had a two day estimation for being delivered and then it was a day late consequently I was out when it arrived

Excellent service and product but had an issue with product description was advertised with lid but doesn t come with one was dealt with very quickly and given a voucher but would have preferred a lid as now I can t use as intended

Item is lovely and exactly as expected

Item is lovely and exactly as expected Arrived quickly within the guide time HOWEVER delivery was appalling had it not been for my neighbour it would have been left on my doorstep in full view of the busy road I was not told until 8 45am on the morning of delivery which is too late to make arrangements to be in all day as I had already left the house
