A very good experience overall

A very good experience overall with Teamson I needed to phone them a couple of times and each time the customer service was excellent and helpful The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that the link to the tracking of delivery was faulty Apart from that I can only recommend Teamson

Ordered a paddling pool and it arrived a day earlier than expected although the box did arrive damaged luckily no damage to actual pool Very pleased with product wasn t expecting the electric pump so that was a bonus Would use this company again

An attractive looking product

An attractive looking product which I am pleased with Love the sound of the running water At time of buying I knew that the cable length to the solar panel was only 2m but found this a possible design fault as I was trying to place the water feature in the shade to limit the growth of algae but needed the solar panel in the sun and 2m was just not enough My water feature was delivered very quickly and efficiently and was very easy to assemble

Great service

When unpacking the lamp we saw that the lampshade was damaged in several places Luckily our complaint was taken very seriously by Jacky We quickly came to a correct settlement Thanks for that We are happy customers now

Received in good condition and within

Received in good condition and within timescales Took approximately 30 minutes to assemble with no problems There is no securing catch for the lid and it has blown open on two occasions and needs something to be placed on the top to keep closed Seems sturdy and water proof with a substantial liner

Good swift service from Teamson

Would of given 5 stars but couldn t track my delivery courier due to unrecognised tracking number Luckily my folks were home when their new garden furniture set arrived Swift delivery though so no complaints

Good product good customer service

Deleted original review which was bad waited 12 days for delivery and turns out not the fault of teamson but the delivery courier the staff at teamson couldn t have been more helpful garden furniture now put together and looks really nice is a bit fiddly to put together there is a problem with one of the bolts nothing that can not be fixed

Quick delivery kept up to date on due date Disappointed with the strength of the solar light - very poor such a small light for a large product Basically a metal table for outside - sadly I wouldn t recommend Updated 28 2 2024 Increased to 4 stars after receiving a replacement today Thank you for responding appropriately with this issue it is greatly appreciated

Additional washers Needed

When building we had to add additional washers to make fit screws too longMetal frame for gas bottle useless as needs more support no needed to add to that tooStable top very uneven so glasses cups will rock and fall offLittle disappointed but luckily my husband makes anything work

This really is a beautiful fountain

This really is a beautiful fountain I only knocked a star off for the stones that come with it 1 Some are too small and fell into the water base 2 There s not enough of them I have bought some white small pebbles A part from the stones I really can t fault it
