I had a minor issue with a product ordered from this company but Jackie was very helpful in resolving it swiftly I would recommend this company for the customer service alone

Excellent Customer Service

I have to say this company have been truly excellent I ordered a Christmas present and through no fault of the company the courier didn t deliver the parcel despite the courier being adamant it was delivered I contacted this seller straight away and a replacement was sent out and has been delivered in good time for Christmas via an alternative courier They have always responded quickly to my messages and fully understood my frustration in not receiving the original item I would definitely purchased items from them again

Toy Kitchen

My 3 year old son loves his Teamson toy kitchen but managed to lose the plastic phone that is included with it We contacted Teamson and they arranged to send us a replacement We received it today and he is very happy Many thanks for your help
