This was a really great experience

This was a really great experience After being notified of a short delay in supplying the item ordered I was kept informed frequently and when the water feature was received I was very pleased with it I later had a problem with the item and sent a message to Jackie who immediately rectified the problem So grateful for her efficient and swift action to make things right

Excellent Customer Service

I was very impressed with Jackie at Customer Service who sorted out a problem I had with a product I bought She made helpful suggestions and was very quick to respond to my emails It s very reassuring to know there is good back up if anything goes wrong Would highly recommend

Excellent quality exactly what you see on the website and true to measurements Easy to erect - instructions a bit sketchy Deliver was free and quick Cheaper than B Q Will definitely be buying another one for my front garden

Good service delivery and product

Ordered late one evening online Had read some reviews saying the furniture was difficult to assemble so was ready for the challenge Received updates from the carrier as to when to expect our garden furniture Received an email on the morning saying it was on its way Delivery driver carried into the house for me as it was way too heavy for me My partner came home from work and decided to build it straight away which I thought maybe a bad idea Instructions were clear he put the furniture together within an hour with no issues at all Happy with the service the delivery and the product

Every house should have a Teamson kitchenThe product is perfect

The product is perfect My granddaughter loves play with it There was a problem with one of the parts but Teamson resolved it quickly I was impressed by the instructions and packaging of the flat pack Each instruction demonstrates what parts are required for the assembly and all the components are clearly labelled I thoroughly recommend this product

Table wasn t delivered with the chairs I ordered Called Teamson and a very helpful person called Jackie immediately phoned the courier and got back to me with an answer Jackie even called me today to confirm delivery Great furniture value and quality Free and speedy delivery Def buying from Teamson again Thank you

This was the easiest 5 stars I ve ever

This was the easiest 5 stars I ve ever awarded The delivery was very quick FedEx delivered right to our door which considering there are about 15 stone steps down was amazing I was initially worried about having to assemble it but when I checked the contents of the 2 boxes everything was there The chairs were very straightforward The table was heavier and it would benefit from 2 people but I managed The only very small suggestion would be if more steps could be included in the instructions as I was worried that a step needed to be done first but all worked out fine The item is great The height allows us an even better view of our coastal location The price was very reasonable compared to other items elsewhere I would definitely recommend

Excellent Company - Products and Service

Excellent company to deal with - super products and very well priced - saved money by going direct to the company and got more items for my spend Updated on an ongoing basis in relation to the status of the delivery and received phone call to make sure we were home to receive it Very professional and I would certainly deal with them again - 5 stars all round

My fountain stopped working after a few

My fountain stopped working after a few months and I contacted customer service who immediately sent a substitute solar panel out but it didn t solve the problem so I contacted them again and sent a new pump out to me which arrived very quickly and I am pleased to say that my fountain is working again in my sons garden in memory of him Wonderful customer service Wonderful firm who cares about their customers and act quickly Thank you so much
