Excellent and professional service He went the extra mile and resolved the many issues including malware which had greatly slowed my Mac down and caused it to perform extremely irratically The faults necessitated re-installing the disc from scratch whilst preserving all my data He also gave me some useful tips to avoid a repeat of the problems

Phil has completely transformed my Apple Mac in a couple of hours There were numerous problems with it and so I wanted a full check Today it is running much faster and all the glitches have disappeared He really is a tech wizard Thanks so much Phil I ll keep your number handy

really honest and very experienced and although my problem was all sorted on the phone well he takes over remotely which is very funny to see your computer doing all sorts and you just sit there having a cup of tea if you like haha his wife is also top notch on computers never usually do things like this but feel the need to let anyone with a problem computer wise about my experience with this lovely couple we are honestly and truthfully friends for life feel free to give them a call and mention Chris Williams from llanelli and see what they say this is a genuine major thank you from one ex customer as now we are friends for life and best of health to them both

Patient and helpful

Phil was exceedingly patient with a rather devastated customer who thought she had lost all her photos and data from a wrecked I-pad He couldn t restore the I-pad as they are not his thing and it s probably had it but guided me through setting up my new MacBook Pro restoring so much of my as I feared lost stuff He worked remotely and never seemed to mind repeating instructions and dealing with very basic stuff The free initial quick chat is a great idea All-round reasonably priced excellent service

Phil is a real wizard most helpful cleaned up my mac in no time Installed latest software had 75 malware virus all now cleared Computer now much faster would highly recommend Very good price for the work he done

Using TekWizard has saved me time and money

I reached out to Phil after months of frustration with a slow running Mac I was starting to lose several hours a week to the twirly wheel of doom Phil booked me in straight away and got to working his magic I think it set him quick a challenge but he never gave up and has done wonders Throughout the process Phil and Pippa were an absolute pleasure great communicators and went above and beyond to help me My Mac now runs at a speed it hasn t done in years He s made my old machine almost as good as new Going to TekWizard has not only saved me a fortune in wasted time it s saved me a big spend on a new Mac Could not recommend them highly enough
