Charming Roa but along time to wait to answer

I had left 3 emails a awaiting ring back In the end waiting 45 mins to be answered When called answered by Rao he was polite sympathetic as I needed to amend my booking due to my mum having cancer and we are unable to go on holiday The process did take a long time to rebook and I really hope it is a good holiday As I have spent more than I intended to

Not very good customer service

The agents don t seem to be very customer friendly they are not friendly and just seem to want a sale they don t seem to really want to help and just seem to have the attitude of that s what we have and that s it and than once they have the sale don t try to make changes as they have your money and that s it and most of the time you can t understand what they are saying

Hello hello are you still there Ah not again

Called to amend some details on my holiday and was cut off several times halfway through dealing with an operator so gave up after 55 minutes of trying Thankfully Kate called me back to confirm the changes had been made Overall experience was poor but that wasn t down to the operators Kate saved the day with a 5 star attitude

I have spoke to sunitha she was helpful answering my questions albeit i waited nearly 2 hrs to have my call answered then was put on hold for a further 20 mins i have had a promise my refund will be paid 31st August i have had promises before so wont hold my breath the only upside was after getting abit irate after waiting so long to be answered the operator was polite and helpful

Teletext quotes

I like to use teletext as a bit of a guide price but ringing and finding the quote was over 200 more expensive was a shock - especially when I m staring at the cheaper price on my screen That being said Justin did help me find a holiday more within my budget He was quite pushy on insisting I left a 5 review however I don t feel the service warranted that He was however helpful

Unclear information

Quite disappointed booking our holiday with Dennis through Teletext Holidays booking TT823012 After Paying in full we found out certain things were not made very clear enough to us in order to bring the price of the holiday down When checking in we ended up needing to pay an xtra 160 to take any luggage with us and to actually sit in the plane that we had already paid for

Not sure I am going to use them again There is some staff really nice but 60 not much help

Flights were cancelled without any

Flights were cancelled without any notice and only found out because I constantly called and was constantly told that I would be sent tickets There was no mention of flights being cancelled until I spoke to Preston and it took me multiple attempts to get through to him Preston himself was very helpful and sorted everything for me talked me through everything and ensured I had all information Teletext as a whole need to work on their communication keep customers up to date and stop giving false information

Teletext holiday booking was good the sales advisor was very good and patient as I m not very tech savvy however the reason I only gave 3 star s is because there is an administration email address that you need when booking your seats and checking in with Ryan air that was not provided or even mentioned to us on booking the holiday

Very polite lady

Very polite lady Service not very quick and price varied not all costs were shown on the Internet so basically there were hidden costs Wanted me to book straight away but I wanted to speak to my sister and check the hotel and reviews When I did call back the price had increased so I finished my call they called me back offering the original price I just don t like this kind of business but did book in the end as it was a good deal so fingers crossed it will be a lovely holiday
